Strength & Mobilise: The Lower Body
A full, strengthening yoga class which focuses on increasing foot, ankle, knee and hip mobility and strength. The focus is on mobilising joints in their full range, with an emphasis on strength rather than stretch. Often we feel a tightness which we assume needs a stretch, but often actually strengthening is needed! Dr Yogi shows us strengthening movements which we can use in our daily practices.Class starts slowly with gentle, small somatic movements and continues as a somatic/hatha yoga class. You will need foam blocks and a brick and a yoga strap or a towel. If you have a theraband, that would be useful for this class.

Slow Flow To Bring Balance
This slow flow yoga class is all about finding your centre in the midst of a storm. You get longer holds, forward folds, twists and longer exhales. Yin Yoga for Freedom
A quiet, restful yin yoga class where each pose is held for long enough to truly deepen into your yoga. As we deepen into our stretches, we become closer to our bodies, to who we are. We are able to start to live life from the authentic place of where we are, not where we were or where we want to be. Fantastic life-skills in the form of yoga. A great combination of calm mind and restful body. This is the king of classes. You will need a block, cushion or pillow for support and a bolster.
Go Slow Power Flow
Beginners Creative Vinyasa
A lovely introduction to the standing poses or for when you don't feel like a more dynamic practice. This is a slow, nourishing vinyasa without a sun salutation in sight. Highly recommend also for advanced level practitioners who are having a slower day. This sequence is highly restorative, as well as benefiting from being a breakdown of some of the more familiar poses.
