
Jean Hall
Jean is an author, yoga teacher, and somatic movement educator with a deep passion for the body’s innate wisdom. Her teaching explores the rich connection between movement and consciousness, breath and awareness, resilience and embodiment.
Originally trained as a dancer, Jean discovered yoga early on and has since dedicated her life to exploring yoga, somatics, mindfulness, and Buddhist philosophy. She holds the highest certifications with Yoga Alliance Professionals (SYT) and Yoga Alliance (US) E-RYT 500, and shares her work through classes, retreats, trainings, and mentorships in the UK and internationally.
Jean’s classes blend asana with somatic movement, inviting students into a grounded, breath-led practice that supports presence and curiosity. With a warm, down-to-earth approach, she creates space for students and teachers alike to move beyond limitation and reconnect with their authentic, resilient selves.
