Kiranjot
Hi or Sat Nam as we say in Kundalini to acknowledge spirit .
I’m Laura, otherwise known as Kiranjot. Kiranjot means one who holds the light. I am into straight-talking spirituality. I’ve taught thousands of hours of Kundalini Yoga for over the past eleven years and trained with many of the top Kundalini Yoga teachers including Gurmukh, who I currently assist on her teacher training's in London.
The actual practice of Kundalini Yoga makes good use of all elements of traditional yoga: posture, movement, meditation, mantra, mudra (hand gestures) breath-work, and sound healing with gong. Anyone can practice Kundalini yoga as the moves are easily adaptable for all body types. I excel at making this fascinating practice accessible and relevant to the modern age.
I teach regular weekly classes in London and run retreats and workshops across Europe. Please check out my website for all the latest details.
