Your Daily Hips Practice
This short yoga class helps to mobilise, strengthen and relax the hips through their full range of motion. Practise this class regularly as a preparation for your time on your mat or simply to feel good in your body. A perfect class for after long sedentary periods, either working at a desk or travelling. You may need a couple of bricks and a blanket.

Work Break Yoga
A simple and practical toolkit of creative movement to remedy unhelpful sitting positions. It is especially good as a break from work, sitting on the sofa, and after travel to bring relief to tension headaches, sore necks and backs. This is a hatha style yoga class to stimulate your energy and cool your nerves and it contains loads of tips and tricks to use in any moment where you need to refresh, re-energise and relieve aches from being stationary for too long. You will need access to a wall.

Release Your Neck; Reduce Fatigue
This class is a workshop-style yoga class to target areas that hold tension in the neck, causing fatigue. The class focuses on head and neck alignment, jaw release and strength and shoulder mobility. With exercises to gain awareness of where we might be unnecessarily straining our neck and holding tension, we explore head aligment and then use neck and shoulder stretches and strengthening exercises to help release tension. You will need a blanket, foam block, cushion and a strap.

This short movement class is ideal for before a big event, or potentially stressful situation or just anytime you want to tune in to 'you', to be the best version of yourself. Great for giving your confidence back. Various simple bodywork, breath and mind techniques are used to enable you to 'ground down' to rise up to being the best version of yourself.

Mollie shows us some really useful bodywork practices for when life just gets too tough and stressful, to create some space in your body, your tissues and your head. She uses tapping, breathwork and yoga - some of which you can learn and use at your desk for when life moves too fast. Optional prop: a blanket.
