Calm the nervous system with this Jivamukti breathwork and meditation practice. Alternate nostril breathing is taught with Sanskrit and then a meditation with the internal mantra of 'Hari Om.' If you have mala beads and wish to practice with those, have them on hand.

Chanting and Gratitude for a Positive Mindset
Wake up and start the day with a positive mindset from the Jivamukti method. How you start your day colours your entire day. This short morning session includes affirmations and gratitude practices to start the best way. Featuring Sanskrit chants to put us in a positive frame of mind, the class then talks us through some gratitude journaling. It’s helpful to have a notebook or journal for this class.

This class is all about allowing the body to rest and to participate as much as it wants to but to also have the option to just breathe. Observe the gentle pulses and sensations the body creates, even when we do not do anything. This class can be practised lying down in bed.

This Jivamukti yoga class focuses on presence and being in the moment. Get moving straight away with side-bends to warm up, then a fiesty vinyasa yoga class. There's no relaxation at the end, so we recommend you end this practice with a relaxation class! Have a strap ready for some fun variations.

Alignment Focused Jivamukti Yoga
A complete Jivamukti yoga class for those keen to slow down and learn the precise alignment to keep you safe during practice. Build upon a stable foundation and learn to refine your alignment through self-adjustment. This class is slower and more mindful than the usual Jivamukti class, but you will still find plenty of challenges as Lizzie focuses on refined details of the poses to promote using the whole body in an integrated way. You will need blocks.

Raise Your Energy with Kapalbhati Breath Work
A wonderful practice for first thing in the morning to raise your energy! This is a breath work class called Skull Shining Breath which is fantastic to improve our focus and energy and get ready for the day. Don't practice on a full stomach or if you're pregnant, and as with any class, don't force anything. Enjoy letting the energy flow!

The class includes juicy vinyasa sequences, twists, back and foreward bends, plus headstand. Everything you'd want to set you up for the day. You may need blocks and a blanket.
