Building Focus
A perfect way to start your day leaving you feeling gently energised, stronger and a sense of clarity and focus. This Kundalini yoga class uses the Surya Kriya. This gentle yoga class practice starts with right nostril sun breathing. Mostly gentle and accessible postures (if you need something quite gentle, just give the frog sequence a miss) are done with a beautiful backdrop of music, mantra and drumming. There’s some drumming, chanting and it ends in 1 minute silent mediation.

Yin Yoga Hip Stretches
This Yin Yoga class is all on the ground about the hips, it's perfect for after a long day standing up, for athletic recovery, for after travel or for us sedentary workers who need to stretch out our often-tight hips. Class focuses on Dragonfly pose, which is legs wide when seated and coming forward. Starting with Butterfly pose, class then goes onto hold Dragonfly pose with variations. You may need blocks (or books), bolsters and belts (or dog leads!)

Then some body tapping which wakes up the yin channels of the body and feels just great. Arm movements wake up the body, then Yin Yoga stretches on the ground to gently stretch out the body to wake up gently. You don't need a yoga mat.

The Human Method: Somatic Movement for Head, Neck and Jaw
A somatic exploration class to help release head, neck and jaw tension. This class is brilliant to learn more about our body, and become curious about how our individual parts interact. With a greater understanding of the individual movements, the whole self becomes clarified. The entire class takes part on the floor, supine, with just very small movements so that we can become curious about the way our body works. No need for a yoga mat, just a comfortable, carpeted floor to lie on and wear clothes to keep you warm and allow you to move around.

Restoring Yin Yoga
A restorative yin yoga class in which we learn how to relax into our bodies. This is a chance to fall in love with yoga props (pillows, books, blankets and possibly pets!), including exploring the joys of bolster hugging inspired by words from the 11th century meditation teacher Tilopa: “do nothing with the body but relax." A perfect class to calm, restore energy, and prepare the body for sleep.

Yin Yoga: Close to the Ground
In this Yin yoga class, all the poses are very close to the ground. We begin in constructive rest and we end in constructive rest. In between those places, we access the hips and stretch the thighs. This class is great for when you need to restore your energy levels, or at the end of the day when you're encouraging calm and preparing for sleep. You might need blocks, a strap and a blanket.

Qigong Balance Series 3: Emotional Balance
The third class in the qigong balance series uses movements, mudras and visualisations to guide you through the Chinese organs and meridian systems – each of which has a related emotion. For example, the liver relates to anger, the heart to joy, the spleen to sympathy, the lungs to grief, and the kidneys to fear. When we can help support the optimal function of these organ and meridian systems, our emotions will also naturally find greater natural expression and balance. No props are needed, not even a mat!

Honour Your Cycle: Summer
This class celebrates the vitality of the summer of the menstrual cycle. With rhythmic, nutritious, grounding movements, you move and breath to get some flow and energy into your body with lots of rhythm and circles. Start with your feet and get moving through all your joints with a rhythmic flow to gently bring the sunshine in! Then class ends with a micro yoga nidra relaxation. You will need bolsters and cushions to get comfortable in your yoga nidra and perhaps padding for the knees for the rhythmic yoga movement practice.
