My name is Dirish and I am a London based yoga teacher immersed in the world of holistic healing.

Internationally trained by world renowned teachers I have been practising yoga, dance and meditation for over ten years.

Having grown up within a Hindu household with sacred mantras, the philosophy of yoga has always been instrumental in my upbringing and now I get the chance to share the knowledge and wisdom through my classes, events and trainings.

I was the co founder of Yoga Roots studio in 2014 and I launched Sri Chakra Yoga Teacher Training in 2019.

I am passionate about movement, astrology and personal- growth systems.

The journey through Yoga and all its avenues has provided me great discipline to keep my life in check. It helps me manifest my goals and stay true to the things I want to achieve in life.

Showing up to a regular practice is what gives me the insight to reflect and refine where I am going in life.
I am reverenced by Yoga’s ability to bestow clarity and peace to people’s hearts.

That’s why I am committed to ensuring your practice opens you up through the many mediums that yoga has to offer to elevate and empower you.
