Pilates: Full Body Glow
This is a wonderful Pilates class for all round strength, for any body, as well as being a prenatal pilates class (up until second trimester). This class integrates a variety of safe Pilates exercises to engage the full body to maintain optimal mobility and stability through the joints. Enjoy different abdominal strengthening exercises in a variety of position, to target all the core muscles without uncomfortable crunches. Also activate hamstrings and build up strength in the glutes with side laying leg patterns focusing on internal and external rotation in your hip joints. This is a complete and balanced Prenatal Pilates practice to practice a couple of times a week to uplift your mood and maintain wellbeing during pregnancy, but also for all of us at any time the body needs to be given a full body glow! Ashtanga Yoga Hour
An Ashtanga-based yoga class. This class is an introduction to the Ashtanga practise, but does require considerable strength and mobility. Although there are always options and variations offered, we don't recommend this one for complete beginners or those who struggle with mobility. This class doesn't cover the full Primary Series but will give you a feel for the rhythm of the sequence (also includes how to get started with headstand!).

Mindfully paced, with plenty of breath, this practice moves the body and breath, leaving us gently energised. Ending with some sneaky core work as well as more gentle floor-based somatics, for a really luscious feel. Perfect to start a winter's day.

You can do this seated or lying down. Join Kiranjot for energising class through Kundalini yoga body movements and breathwork. This uplifting class works on the ten bodies: the 10 bodies are the kundalini equlivalenet of the koshas, The Soul, Negative Mind, Positive Mind, Neutral Mind, Physical Body, Arc Line aka Halo, Aura, Pranic body, Subtle Body and Radiant Body. With a savasana, resting pose, at the end of the physical movements, then with chanting and mandra. This class is a fantastic all round tonic. No yoga mat needed, suitable for those with wrist issues, and suitable for most levels of mobility and strength (with modifications).

Vinyasa Flow to Feel Fabulous
A beautifully sequenced vinyasa yoga class. Starting gently with joint mobilisation, this is a full body stretch and strengthen, including all the key poses and culminating in wild thing (camatkarasana- the pose of ecstatic rapture), whilst addressing the bliss of abiding in our fullest nature of awareness. Finish with breath work and a lovely, long savasana. This is a really energising class to get you ready to start your day.

Vinyasa Flow: Earth Element
A vinyasa yoga class weaved around yoga philosophy and the elements; this class works with the element of Earth. With this practice, we will stay close to the ground, strengthening, stabilising and calming the body. This is a strong practice building structural integrity through repetitive core work to target the pelvis and shoulders. Working with Hasta (hand) Mudras, Bija (seed) Mantras and imagery of this weeks topic Earth, to inspire a practice that will leave you feeling like a majestic mountain.

A comprehensive vinyasa flow yoga class with a focus on the space in-between positions and movements. Can you practice giving yourself and your body more space? See if you can become aware of finding space in between thoughts and everything that usually captures our attention. The session begins and closes with a breathing practice and offers plenty of vinyasa yoga poses with opportunities and variations to open hips and release tension from hamstrings.

A pregnancy yoga class for the second trimester, suitable for those who had an active yoga practise pre-pegnancy and are feeling well, healthy and mobile. This class focuses on strengthening and stabilisation in the hips. It is also a powerful practice to help cultivate strength and steadiness in body, mind and heart to take us through pregnancy, birth and motherhood, empowered from the inside out. You will need two blocks and a bolster, if you have one, for final relaxation.

It starts with Jonelle’s Get Grounded Prep class; combining myofascial release for the feet, qigong and yin yoga. Then, it progresses into Jonelle’s strong but mindfully paced Earth Mandala vinyasa flow. It is perfect for the start of the day to wake the body up and connect to the new day. Use it to develop balance, stability and a maintain a connection to the earth. You will need a tennis ball, strap and bricks.

Compassion through Slow Flow
In this mindfully slow-flow vinyasa yoga class, Bridget explores the theme of compassion to ourselves. Class starts with a 10 minute discussion reminding us the importance of being compassionate to ourselves. The asana is a slow flow which focuses on the hips, with plenty of lunging work and variation. There is an opportunity for a handstand suppported by the wall or a partner and class finishes with a long, nourishing guided relaxation. You may need a belt, a wall and a partner could be handy too!
