We're so sorry you are feeling tired but you have come to the right place for a pick me up. These classes are for when it is almost to much to even roll out your mat. Whether you’re recovering from injury or illness, you are differently abled, you have a low energy syndrome, you’re getting on a bit or you’re just a bit tired right now, these classes will provide a gentle way to move, included some seated yoga classes. We promise these videos will not ask too much of you physicaly or mentally and when you are done you will feel better, warmer, glad that you came. Breathe Deep and Restore
This yin yoga, restorative yoga and breath work class cools, calms and softens into body and mind; a deeply nourishing and supportive yoga class. Connect to your body and soul with this deep breathing experience. With a focus on breath work throughout, expect deeply restorative yoga poses to help to unwind and decompress. You will unravel the tension with cleansing breath work, deep stretches, and blissful meditation. Breathe through the yin and restorative poses; stretch and soften tense muscles; relax, release and recharge. This class is designed for anyone who needs a break, perfect for anytime in our busy lives to take time for yourself to relax, slow down, and BREATHE DEEP. You'll need a bolster, brick and a blanket.
Flow through the Retrograde
Drop into the flow and tune into your body. This yoga class features a strong, restorative and fluid yoga practice with an emphasis on twisting to help you enter the flow state - a meditative state of energised focus. You will sweat out the stress of the day and ride the waves of your breath through a challenging, creative sequence which will help you fully embody each pose and bring presence to your practice. When you spend more time in the flow state, you will experience greater release, creativity, and ease in daily life. The flow will be followed by some restorative poses to end the sequence. In this class, you will: open and strengthen your body, improve your focus and body awareness, learn to let go through challenging times, challenge and deepen your yoga practice, surrender and shift your awareness to your balance energy.
