Each class will guide you through breath awareness, somatic practices, deep rest and restorative postures to soothe the nervous system and invite balance back into the body. Through unhurried, attentive movement and stillness, you’ll be supported to release accumulated tension and reconnect with a more easeful, more spacious inner rhythm.
