Morning Vinyasa to Awaken The Hips
This dynamic Vinyasa yoga flow class is sequenced to create space in our hips and strengthen our lower body with powerful warrior poses and nourishing dynamic stretches. Your whole body will feel alivened, lengthened and stretched. Then class explores variations of Wide legged forward fold and a sequence of seated poses targeting our groin and glutes. Dynamic Yoga To Awaken Our Shoulders
Strengthen and mobilise the shoulders and upper body with this challenging, dynamic Vinyasa flow. Feel more energised and spacious, especially in the upper body, whilst also mobilising and strengthening the whole body. This is a challenging class, go gently whilst exploring flexibility in the shoulders with binds whilst opening the chest through backbends, including Camel, Locust and Floor Bow Pose. Vinyasa Flow: Earth Element
A vinyasa yoga class weaved around yoga philosophy and the elements; this class works with the element of Earth. With this practice, we will stay close to the ground, strengthening, stabilising and calming the body. This is a strong practice building structural integrity through repetitive core work to target the pelvis and shoulders. Working with Hasta (hand) Mudras, Bija (seed) Mantras and imagery of this weeks topic Earth, to inspire a practice that will leave you feeling like a majestic mountain.

Celebrate the freedom of your joints in this adventure through somatics and yoga. This class is a celebration of movement which starts with a somatic warm up, plays with variations of moon pose, creates a sense of centring in horse pose and flows creatively with cartwheel. This class is perfect if you're looking for something a little different, playful, adventurous and fun. It is ideal if you have an established practice and plenty of mobility.

In the final yoga class of the Positive Psychology Series, the sequence focuses on creativity. This is a beautifully creative and fiesty vinyasa yoga sequence with plenty of variations and dance-like movements to cultivate creativity. You will need a strap.

Positive Psychology Series (3): Resilience
A fun, fast, feisty vinyasa yoga class where we learn to build grit; the ability to get back up when you fall. Expect new and creative ways of dynamic sequencing, arm balances and inversions infused into this power flow. A great class to try something new and challenging! You're not looking to achieve perfect poses here, but to try to do what your body is able to do, and build resilience in the process. Do listen to your body though! If class is too fast-moving and feisty, and goes to poses which aren't suitable for you, take rest pose or listen to your body and modify the pose to bespoke the practice for your own body and capabilities.

This is the first of Mercedes' Positive Psychology infused vinyasa yoga sequences! Zest is a way of approaching life - it's an energy but also a way of cultivating a positive approach to problems. This fast and fun vinyasa flow is not for attaining each pose, but about keeping a positive outlook even through challenge. This yoga class leads to advanced arm balance s- perfect for a well-rounded, energy-filled start to the day. But do be careful and only practice within your body's limitations. Remember that this class is about working on your an approach to poses and building courage rather than achievement!
