This short guided meditation is about befriending our yoni by establishing a Heart-Yoni connection with breath, mudra and visualisation.Yoni is the Sanskrit word for the female genitalia and in Hindu and Tantric philosophy is considered the origin of life, a source of power, the creative force that moves the Universe. In the West, female sexual anatomy has been shamed and seen as taboo which can lead us to disconnect from this part of our bodies. As we move through menopause estrogen decline leads to changes to the yoni which can cause pain or discomfort. This guided meditation will help us to re-connect with this sacred part of our body. The meditation can be done sitting or lying down in a comfortable and space space.
