Mandala Sun Salutations: Backbends
Backbends need strength as well as flexibility to execute safely. This feisty vinyasa yoga class is inspired by Katarina's self practice for when she's short on time. This is a strong class, but great for if you only have a spare half hour to make the most of! It's a sure and fast way to get you flowing and sweating creatively. This flow focuses on finding space in all of the components of a backbend; the shoulders, hip flexors and quads. It also focuses on using active stretches, so we gain more mobility (strength & flexibility) which is especially important for safe backbending. Enjoy this fun, fast and feisty flow. You may need blocks and a strap.
Jivamukti: Neck and Shoulder Vinyasa
This full, well-rounded Jivamukti yoga class is a vinyasa flow which is a full-body and mind stretch focusing on the neck and shoulders. This class is designed to lengthen the space of the neck and shoulders, an area which suffers so much for most of us in this modern life. Enjoy some delicious neck and shoulder stretching amidst a flowing Jivamukti flow class.

A fun, fast, feisty vinyasa yoga class where we learn to build grit; the ability to get back up when you fall. Expect new and creative ways of dynamic sequencing, arm balances and inversions infused into this power flow. A great class to try something new and challenging! You're not looking to achieve perfect poses here, but to try to do what your body is able to do, and build resilience in the process. Do listen to your body though! If class is too fast-moving and feisty, and goes to poses which aren't suitable for you, take rest pose or listen to your body and modify the pose to bespoke the practice for your own body and capabilities.

Tune In Tune Up: The Crown Centre
This yoga class is all about connection with the divine! The crown chakra is where our ego dissolves and we connect with the source. Headstand is the posture for this class. If you don't have a regular headstand practice, then just place your head on the ground in your child's pose and you'll feel the same benefits.
Hit The Wall Hatha
A complete hatha yoga class at the wall with alignment focus. The wall is a fabulous prop to give us support and give us feedback on our alignment, so move your mat to the wall for this fun and revealing complete practice. As you use the wall's support and feedback, you will learn much about the way you transmit force through your body and where there may be imbalances and inefficiencies in your alignment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to invert, twist, and stretch with more leverage and depth. Meet your new favourite prop! You will also need a chair.
Get Off Your Mat
Changing a known route can shift us into the now. This yoga class is a somatic movement flow for those feeling the call to explore even further beyond the four corners of the mat. Great for teachers or those with a more intermediate practice. This is a sequence Naomi often shares in her teacher's practices. A creative, playful and challenging class.

Everybody Flows: Refine The Shapes
As a follow-up to ‘Make the Shapes,’ this short practice will help you refine your understanding of down dog and standing poses with a few alignment cues to help your poses feel more sustainable and interesting. Although there’s a lot to learn, this practice focuses on feet, hands, and shoulders. You will need a tennis ball and a brick or something like it.
Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior Flow
Beginning with the Magic 10 to start this classic Jivamukti yoga class. During the Magic 10, expect long counted holds and a handstand at the wall for those who are ready. During the counted long holds without further instruction, this is great for finding a more meditative state during your asana practice. We then continue with intention setting and the classic, well rounded Jivamukti vinyasa yoga practice, which includes headstand for those who can. You may need two blocks.

With a focus on long, steady breaths, and holding the poses, you'll find rejuvenation throughout your cells to help you to blossom into lightness and joy, fully refreshed.
Take a Break: Yoga & Qigong Part1: Exhale + Sooth
Take a short break from studies or your work. Much of our body’s tension is muscular, but actually, what the muscles and our body crave when we feel tight is deep, satisfying breaths.This short practice releases tension by focusing on exhaling fully and uses Burmese qigong, chest and shoulder openings and forward folds to calm and sooth the mind. Perfect for taking a break to release tension during the day, but also great after a hard day's work. Clothing by Rumi X.
(6) Insight & Intuition: The 3rd Eye Chakra
A meditative class to awaken the higher mind, quieten the internal chatter and stimulate your intuitive abilities. Starting with quieting eye movements, and then with gentle poses with a block to rest on your third eye chakra. Suitable for doing before bed, or in the morning, enabling you to act with insight and intuition throughout the day. You will need a block and an eye mask.
Journey To Your Centre
A class to remember who we really are through the sutle body. In the first 15 minutes, you will explore a completely different kind of yoga, where you will explore deeply within yourself and your body to find the middle body, the deep centring space within us all. You'll move slowly, deeply, and softly through a highly conscious flow class which ignites a remembrance of centre as a place to rest into through all the activities of life. This class is magic for your nervous system. Note that the headstand tutorial can be watched as an addendum to this class if you have no experience of headstand.
Cultivating Our Inner Light
A beautiful flow to open the heart, warm the back and still the mind. In the Yoga Sutra, the busy mind is described as quieting down through a number of ways: lengthening the breath, concentration on objects, or on experiences in deep sleep or dream states. It is also suggested that the mind can be quieted by concentration on the ever-present source of light that is believed to dwell inside the human heart. This light grows brighter when we do practices – like polishing a jewel that begins to shine and reflects the light all around it. We’ll look at ways to work with sunlight and moonlight in this fluid vinyasa-based sequence, and help awaken the source of light within each of us.
