Pilates: Full Body Glow
This is a wonderful Pilates class for all round strength, for any body, as well as being a prenatal pilates class (up until second trimester). This class integrates a variety of safe Pilates exercises to engage the full body to maintain optimal mobility and stability through the joints. Enjoy different abdominal strengthening exercises in a variety of position, to target all the core muscles without uncomfortable crunches. Also activate hamstrings and build up strength in the glutes with side laying leg patterns focusing on internal and external rotation in your hip joints. This is a complete and balanced Prenatal Pilates practice to practice a couple of times a week to uplift your mood and maintain wellbeing during pregnancy, but also for all of us at any time the body needs to be given a full body glow! Menopause Yoga: Finding Ease
This gentle vinyasa yoga class is designed as a moving meditation to calm your mind and nervous system to help you prepare for rest. It is followed by Petra’s ‘disappear from the world’ restorative yoga poses, Max Strom’s ‘Mind Meets the Breath’ meditation and breath work, before ending with a relaxation practice, seated meditation and a mantra. You will need a strap or belt, a bolster, a cushions, 2 blankets, 2 blocks and 1 cork yoga brick or weighted eye pillow (or equivalent). NB - Modifications: hip and knee injuries take care. If you experience hot flushes, keep your head level with your heart. Osteoporosis: avoid flexion rounding your back in forward folds; keep your spine straight. Claustrophobia: avoid placing the blanket over the head. Headaches: avoid placing weight on the head. Trauma and previous experience of panic attacks: breathe at your own pace and pause the practice when needed.

Menopause Yoga: Befriending Your Feelings
This dynamic vinyasa yoga class is an energising but soothing practice which ends with a restorative yoga pose, relaxation, seated meditation and mantra. This class is designed to help you befriend your feelings at a time when erratic hormonal Pre-Menstrual Tension can trigger ‘energy surges’ and fiery emotions such as menopause rage. You will need a strap or belt, a bolster, a cushion and 2 blocks. NB - Modifications: hip and knee injuries take extra care, use a blanket when kneeling. If you experience hot flushes, keep your head level with your heart. Osteoporosis: avoid flexion rounding your back in forward folds; keep your spine straight. Trauma: hip opening poses and stretches across the chest can release tension but may also trigger trauma. Follow your own breathing pace, pause the practice when needed and find a comfortable resting pose.

This class focuses on strengthening and stabilisation in the hips. This class shows ways of adapting common practices, such as sun salutations and balances, to work for the pregnant body. If you had a regular yoga practice before your pregnancy, this class is just perfect. Whilst there is a flow, you're given more time to really connect to your baby and the changes that are taking place within your body, as well as some useful tools for pregnancy and labour. Soothing The Warrior
A creatively sequenced flow to sooth and nourish. The warrior isn't always about being driven but sometimes being patient and listening. This slow vinyasa yoga class is as soothing as it is strengthening. It's great whenever you need to be centred, or relaxed, or if you're on your moon cycle. With peak poses as dancer to warrior 3 balancing sequences, this isn't the most traditionally relaxing class, but it does find a way to feel watery with soothing qualities whilst working strongly.
