Work Break Yoga
A simple and practical toolkit of creative movement to remedy unhelpful sitting positions. It is especially good as a break from work, sitting on the sofa, and after travel to bring relief to tension headaches, sore necks and backs. This is a hatha style yoga class to stimulate your energy and cool your nerves and it contains loads of tips and tricks to use in any moment where you need to refresh, re-energise and relieve aches from being stationary for too long. Get Off Your Mat

Great for teachers or those with a more intermediate practice. This is a sequence Naomi often shares in her teacher's practices. A creative, playful and challenging class.

Functional Back Care: Slinky Spine
A class to move and articulate the spine in unusual ways. This class will bring awareness to different spinal movements, and help you loosen up, and feel better in your spine. This standing up class can be used as a warm up for other practices, a tune up for your spine, or an energetic way to start your day. Mollie explains the anatomy of the spine, where you will find most movement in the spine and then explore your mobility, range of movement of the spine from standing. No mat or props needed - take these movements out to the park and integrate them into your daily movement practice to keep healthy, pain-free back and shoulders.
