#MovementForModernLife + #MoveMoreLiveMore
As summer’s heat loosens its grip and the days get shorter, you might notice that you start to feel a corresponding surge of activity in preparation for winter. We have put together a 14-day vinyasa yoga course to help you to transition through this season. This course is perfect for:
- Improvers and intermediate / advanced practitioners
- Focus on balance, twists, transitions and grounding practices
- Getting on your mat at any time of day
- Vinyasa yoga
Autumn can feel like a time of real inspiration but sometimes as the season changes we can also feel a sense of loss, we may feel more unbalanced as we navigate this transition. It is a time of adjustment, but the season is long giving us the opportunity to perfect our transitions and find balance in time for winter as we begin to look more inwards.

With twists, we are invited to curve our awareness inward and we grant ourselves space to learn to respond to whatever experiences arise. From this, we allow ourselves time to build better resources to meet the business of our outward lives.
