High Intensity Core Workout
A strengthening interval-based high intensity workout which especially focuses on the core. This class is 15 exercises: 40 seconds on 20 seconds off, with most of the exercises based around plank or sit-ups. This workout is perfect as a standalone class or add it on at the end of one of your others to add some core strength.
Yoga to Ignite the Core
A yoga class which focuses on abdominal strengthening exercises to keep your abdominals and stomach strong. The class starts with an abs workout - get ready to feel the burn! Then class builds to a yoga flow with a range of sequences and poses to fire up the core and strengthen the rest of the body. Take this class at your own pace and build your practice over time.
Daytime Energy Boost
This vinyasa yoga class is perfect for getting yourself moving when you need an energising boost! With a focus on your core, this is a great way to start the day by creating strength in your body. It will also help shift your state of mind if you feel like you need to cultivate more dynamic energy into your day. This class has a mindful, core focus on the abdominals so is great if you’re looking to build core strength in a mindful way.
Slow and Strong Grounding Flow
This practise is a slow and mindful flow with the intention of centering and grounding ourselves. It is breath-led which is an opportunity to explore how our breath can ground ourselves in movement and there is also a focus on the core as way of centering ourselves in our bodies. You will need a block and a strap.
Lengthen & Strengthen Workout
An empowering and mindful flow to revitalise and reenergise the body for the day ahead and any time you feel like grounding yourself. With a focus on strengthening, especially the core and quads as well as lengthening hamstrings, hips and calves, this is a perfect addition to your workout whilst you work inwards.
