Happiness Toolkit Part (2): Hip Openers
The second part of the Happiness Toolkit are poses to lift your mood. The focus here is on hip-opening, perfect if you have a sedentary job or have been travelling a lot, or are an athlete and have been working on your strength. This flexibility class gives strong hamstring stretches, forward bends, and hip opening in pigeon pose. An all levels class. Beginners will need to be disciplined and not explore the 'edges' of all the modifications. Intermediates have plenty of modifications to keep their flexibility challenged!
Happiness Toolkit Part 1
A beautiful flow designed to get you vibrating on the frequency of gratitude. With plenty of back-bends, which give a full heart-opening in lunges, twists and balances – leading to Dancer's pose and Wheel as peak postures. Slow, strong and steady vinyasa flow. You may need a foam block, a strap and a brick.

A class to remember who we really are through the sutle body. In the first 15 minutes, you will explore a completely different kind of yoga, where you will explore deeply within yourself and your body to find the middle body, the deep centring space within us all. You'll move slowly, deeply, and softly through a highly conscious flow class which ignites a remembrance of centre as a place to rest into through all the activities of life. This class is magic for your nervous system. Note that the headstand tutorial can be watched as an addendum to this class if you have no experience of headstand.

Self Care Warming Flow
Any time you want to take care of yourself, take this easy to follow sequence. Body taps and brushing give way to gentle repetitive moves that encourage every muscle to warm and open. Mindfully paced, sweet and kind, Mollie's class is suitable for most bodies. Ends with a gorgeous long relaxation. You may like to have a blanket ready if it's chilly.
Embrace Your Essence (4): Love
This sweet sweet practice is one that should be done over and over again. Soothing and healing the nervous system, this really does work magic, a relaxing heart-opening Hatha Yoga class giving you your prescription to love yourself. If you are fizzing with stress, overflowing with nervous energy or downright exhausted, then this is your prescription. As often as possible, every day would be ideal. You will need a block and a belt.
Embrace Your Essence (3): Self Confidence
This lesson will focus on tapping into our navel centre, the area boosts confidence, self esteem and activates our potential. When you feel strong in this centre, you are far more likely to accomplish what you want in life. By focusing on our core we’ll remove any stagnation and activate our capacity. You will need a block.
Embrace Your Essence (2): Empower
How we approach our daily life has an effect on our moods and our mindset. When we feel disempowered and unsteady, we get caught up in the pace of life, we get swept up by drama and get swayed off our centre. This sequence will help you to find that centre-point, that steadiness that you need to feel empowered and grounded. Being empowered helps you to act from your higher self, that space in you that always knows. This is a mindfully slow sequence, suitable for most bodies, with a focus on heart-opening and opening into your power but softly.
Embrace Your Essence (1): Patience
Our hips are said to hold our history. No wonder they feel so sensitive. With this sequence we’ll mindfully ease the tension out to gracefully release that which holds us back freeing up the hips as we go. We will take our time using equal breath so your body can really let go and you’ll feel lighter afterwards.This is a nice and easy hips class, great after a long day to release and unwind with patience. You will need a belt.
