The class will include breath work to release any stuck or stagnant energy in the belly and will also introduce key yoga practices of root lock and abdominal lock to further support the health of this region. Hips can be both tight and weak affecting posture and spinal integrity. This class will focus on strengthening the glutes and stretching the hip flexors, which may have tightened from sitting for long periods during travel or work, developing strength & mobility in this central part of the body.
