This class is Margi’s favorite way to end the day. A perfect, simple all on the back class to relax and calm ready for bed. Breath centered, close to the earth, gentle, soothing twists, hip openers, hamstring stretches and a short meditation with legs elevated on a chair or couch. Enjoy this very relaxed floor-perspective of this floor based class! Go from this practice right to bed. Please have a belt or and a cushion.

25:05The Human Method: Somatic Movement for Breathing
This somatics class is an exploration to unlock our patterns of breathing. This c lass takes place entirely on the back, supine. Once we start to breathe to our full capacity, we notice ourselves feeling calmer, more focussed, and better able to sleep. Most of us tend to breathe too fast, not breathe to our potential, and not breathe at all when life gets difficult. At times of stress, many of us find it difficult to pay attention; the breath is an easy way in. This class will help to make breathing muscles more resilient, reduce shortness of breath, improve lung capacity, manage respiratory complications and reduce the impact of respiratory problems on your mental health. Particularly those recovering from illness, injury, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious, will benefit from this class.

In addition to pumping and circulating our blood tirelessly all day long, our hearts also work to metabolise all life experience. As such, it deserves to be nurtured and appreciated. This is exactly what we will do in this qigong class! Qigong Fire element meridian forms are followed by practices that cultivate playful intentions and healing energy. All forms will be done standing, but they can also be done seated. No mat necessary! All levels of mobility welcome, these practices are accessible to all bodies.

13:48Qigong for Healing the Heart
When beset by painful circumstances, the heart can harden and become numb. Nourishment and calm are what slowly begin to heal the heart when it’s been impacted by the difficulties of life, particularly heartache, sadness, and grief. This qigong class includes a short talk, meditation, and gentle movements to help the heart on its journey to healing. This class can be done anywhere - is demonstrated standing, but can be done seated, or is a very beautiful practice when lying down as well.

These gentle Qigong forms are accessible to bodies, yet are powerfully calming. This practise can be done standing, but you can also do them all seated in a chair. No mat is required.

This Hatha yoga based class will refresh your body. Perfect for anytime you feel sluggish or low on energy, this class will gently energise. Using breath work, seated and standing yoga poses and a short closing meditation to leave you feeling radiantly alive and uplifted. This class is well rounded and includes twisting poses in many forms including supine twists, lunge twists and culminating in a twisting standing balance. Twists are amazing at revitalising the physical body whilst steadying the mind and uplifting the spirit.

50:19Withstand the Pressure of Time
A really fun shaking and strengthening class with tons of wonderful core and naval strengthening work. Feel strong and centred, ready for anything that life might throw at you!! This Kundalini class starts with 15 minutes of shaking, then 5 strong navel exercises, followed by gong relaxation. Shaking is so freeing, the quickest way to release deep seated tension and trauma held in the body. Go wild with it! You'll feel so amazing afterward. Then the core exercises are followed by a lovely long savasana with some gong playing
