Yoga for Back Pain Relief
A wonderful class for Prenatal back pain, suitable for all trimesters. This class can also suit most of us for most stages in life! Back pain and back stiffness is common during pregnancy, but also for all of us who live sedentary, modern lives. This class is the perfect antidote! Embrace gentle movements like thread the needle pose, open twists, oyramid pose and Happy Baby, which promote spinal flexibility and tension relief. The practice gracefully closes with heart-opening poses like Camel Pose and Bridge, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and empowered to navigate the physical changes of pregnancy with ease. Prenatal Pilates - Full Body Glow (for all levels, up until second trimester)
This Prenatal Pilates class for all levels, up until second trimester). It is also just a wonderful Pilates class for all round strength, for any body. This class integrates a variety of safe Pilates exercises to engage the full body to maintain optimal mobility and stability through the joints. Enjoy different abdominal strengthening exercises in a variety of position, to target all the core muscles without uncomfortable crunches. Also activate hamstrings and build up strength in the glutes with side laying leg patterns focusing on internal and external rotation in your hip joints. This is a complete and balanced Prenatal Pilates practice to practice a couple of times a week to uplift your mood and maintain wellbeing during pregnancy, but also for all of us at any time the body needs to be given a full body glow! Yoga to Calm and Ground
This hatha class is great for when we're feeling tired or overwhelmed, to calm the nervous system and ground the body. Class begins with lying on the ground with a short body scan. Then we have a wonderful antidote to overwhelm and anxiety with supported forward folds, to clear the brain. After a foot massage, practice rooting standing and balancing poses. Feel the ground as a way of letting go of anxiety and find stability within. You may need 2 blocks (or books) and a blanket.

Slow Flow to De-stress and Unwind
A slow-paced Vinyasa yoga class to move away stress and tension at the end of the day. Mental stress can often manifest as chronic tension in our shoulders, neck and chest. This gentle flow aims exactly at releasing muscular contractions in these areas through twists, gentle heart openers, eagleshape arms movements and delicious full body stretches. Feel free to use a chair to support your legs during the final breathing practice and guided relaxation.

Vinyasa Flow: Find Strength and Space
A comprehensive vinyasa flow yoga class with a focus on the space in-between positions and movements. Can you practice giving yourself and your body more space? See if you can become aware of finding space in between thoughts and everything that usually captures our attention. By allowing ourselves to slow down, we can make space for more to arise to our consciousness. The session begins and closes with a breathing practice and offers plenty of vinyasa yoga poses with opportunities and variations to open hips and release tension from hamstrings.

Mindful Yoga for Tricky Times
This gently paced vinyasa yoga class is experimental and explorative, and focuses on balancing. Class starts with a walking meditation, focusing on the feet for us to really feel and listen to our body. Then moving mindfully through slow flow vinyasa with some elements of qigong, the class explores proprioception and how it feels to move through transitions in life. This is the ideal class for feeling into the present moment and can be a support for the tricker times in life. You will need a block and bolster/ pillow for rest at the end.
