Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga To Mobilise The Spine
This dynamic vinyasa flow yoga discovers different ways to move the spine and to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles. This challenging yoga class features postures such as Cobra, Plough Pose and Reverse Warrior. This is a great class to unwind the whole body and is great for after long periods of time sitting, to unlock tension around your torso. Feel refreshed, taller and at ease in your whole body
Wake Up Body and Mind
This uplifting vinyasa yoga class takes us on a stimulating journey to Natarajasana, Royal Dancer. This standing balancing backbend peak invites a deep awakening in mind, body and spirit. This class builds steadily and progressively leading to a feeling of exaltation and expansion. Feel invigorated, ready for your day in this comprehensive, well rounded practice. You will need a block and a strap.
Vinyasa Energy Boost
Get energised and feel revitalised - even in a short time. Perfect for building heat in the winter, or whenever you're in need of some inner fire. This short, punchy vinyasa practice will give our whole being a big energy boost. Starting with Kapalabhati, to build heat, then building heat through the core, opening the spine with twists and build to a sweet lunge backbend.
Morning Flow for Lightness and Ease
A beautifully sequenced well rounded vinyasa yoga class, perfect to gently energise in the mornings, with a focus on the shoulders and hips, keeping them mobile and ready for the day. This standing yoga flow lengthens tight muscles and create space in our whole body through the repetition of gentle movements in connection with the breath. Class begins with fluid patterns to lubricate our hips and shoulders, then progresses to half sun salutations and continues with easeful standing movements and balances. We finish with a series of supported floor-based postures and a guided breathing meditation to relieve stress and facilitate the shift into the rest and digest state of our nervous system.
Slow Flow to De-stress and Unwind
A slow-paced Vinyasa yoga class to move away stress and tension at the end of the day. Mental stress can often manifest as chronic tension in our shoulders, neck and chest. This gentle flow aims exactly at releasing muscular contractions in these areas through twists, gentle heart openers, eagleshape arms movements and delicious full body stretches. Feel free to use a chair to support your legs during the final breathing practice and guided relaxation.
Winter Wellbeing Flow
Vinyasa yoga to warm, energise and get back into alignment. Starting beautifully softly and slowly with gentle somatics. Then moving into a creatively sequenced, warming vinyasa class. Mindfully paced, with plenty of breath, this practice moves the body and breath, leaving us gently energised. Ending with some sneaky core work as well as more gentle floor-based somatics, for a really luscious feel. Perfect to start a winter's day.

Join Clive for an levels class focusing on how we can use our yoga practise to develop strength around both the upper and lower body, covering all the major muscle groups. Perfect for anyone looking to work on building strength and a great complement to anyone who enjoys walking, running, cycling, working out in the gym and other physical activities. A great class for those of us who are moving through the decades to keep our physical strength to prevent osteoporosis.
Sun Salutation Flow
This vinyasa yoga class is based on the classic sun salutations - in this class you'll explore these classic sequences with unique twist. Clive starts this class with a gentle warm up followed by creative variations of traditional Vinyasa sequences. The flow is continuous but built in breaks as are needed. This class is also great for expanding your options for vinyasa flow transitions.
Flying Plank: Strengthening Yoga
Join Clive for this strengthening yoga class: a progressive sequence of flying plank for developing arm and core strength. Starting from all fours and including variations from downward dog, high plank and forearm plank. There are 5 sequences in total. Build it up over time and go at your own pace. Leave the class feeling energised and motivated for the rest of the day. Great standalone practise or an add on to your other classes and movement practises.
Full Body Tone
This vinyasa yoga class is a real 101 of the essential yoga poses for a healthy, balanced, daily yoga practice. This class has the main staples in a balanced yoga practice. This class opens the spine in all the different directions, perfect for essential, daily health and wellbeing. Explore the full range of motion from side bending to twists, backbends to forward bends. This class may leave you feeling strong, open and uplifted. You will need a block.
Vinyasa Flow: Air Element
This vinyasa yoga class weaves around yoga philosophy and the elements; this class works with the element of Air. The focus of this class is on the breath. Moving in a variety of standing poses using different Pranayama techniques to connect with the wind element and utilise the delivery of Prana, (life force to heal, inspire and transform our physical, energetic and mental forms) to find our way back home at our true centre, our heart.
Vinyasa Flow to Feel Fabulous
A beautifully sequenced vinyasa yoga class. Starting gently with joint mobilisation, this is a full body stretch and strengthen, including all the key poses and culminating in wild thing (camatkarasana- the pose of ecstatic rapture), whilst addressing the bliss of abiding in our fullest nature of awareness. Finish with breath work and a lovely, long savasana. This is a really energising class to get you ready to start your day.
Morning Mojo 3: 30 Min Morning Yoga
This beautiful hatha vinyasa yoga class is the sweetest start to your day. Class invites in a bright-hearted, energising quality to the rest of your day. This yoga class is an invigorating deep dive into back-bending in many forms and expressions and will leave you feeling uplifted, awakened and heart centred.
Vinyasa Flow: Move With Awareness
An intermediate vinyasa flow which invites us to stay present and to notice without judgement any distractions we might encounter when moving on our mat, including the fear of failing or our need to achieve specific yoga pose goals. This yoga class is a comprehensive sequence which starts with a meditation and breath work practice, followed by a shoulder and chest opening warm up, then balances and twists, including fallen angel pose, to unlock your spine. You may need a block.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow For Every Body
An accessible and easy-to-follow vinyasa yoga class for every body; all shapes and sizes. It flows through twists, backbends, forward bends, hip work and shoulder work to feel better all over. This class is great if you're needing a slightly gentler vinyasa yoga practice, which is accessible for all bodies. You may need 2 foam blocks, 2 bricks and a strap, although folded towels, a scarf and a book instead work just as well.
Solar Chakra Slow Flow
A beautiful mindfully paced vinyasa flow yoga class to activate and awaken your solar plexus energy from the inside out. Expect flowing warm ups, followed by a sequence using the breath as the guide to then reach your peak to energise and uplift you to glow. You will need a block or two and a blanket.
