Feel released and soothed in the areas which usually carry tension in the body. A deeply relaxing Yin Yoga class which focuses on releasing tension and stretching fascia around the lower back , hips and pelvis. A perfect class to soothe the nervous system, calm and ground. Have a blanket and block as props.

Christmas Yin Yoga - Replay of Live Class
This is an extra special yin class, the perfect time of year for hibernating at home in our pyjamas and all our props. This class includes, breath work, a yin sequence to cultivate kidney energy during the winter season, soothing of the nervous system with warmth and relaxing meditation. You will need: Any props you have a home or things to use as props! A Bolster and blocks Hot water bottle ready to add warmth!

Resting in the Yin
A gentle, nourishing and replenishing Yin yoga class in which we stay close to the ground, gently using our bolster to help us to twist gently and relax the organs. This class is perfect to practice before bed, or when we're feeling scattered, or overwhelmed, to help to calm, soothe and relax. You will need a bolster, or a fairly firm pillow, and bricks, or books.

Yin Yoga Hip Stretches
This Yin Yoga class is all on the ground about the hips, it's perfect for after a long day standing up, for athletic recovery, for after travel or for us sedentary workers who need to stretch out our often-tight hips. Class focuses on Dragonfly pose, which is legs wide when seated and coming forward. Starting with Butterfly pose, class then goes onto hold Dragonfly pose with variations. You may need blocks (or books), bolsters and belts (or dog leads!)

Feel Soothed with Yin Yoga
A beautifully peaceful Yin Yoga Class which is soothing and grounding. Move the hips and spine whilst on the ground, feeling held and supported by the ground. Perfect for if your nerves are jangled or if you're feeling overwhelmed or anxious. Yin yoga is also perfect for athletes who need to stretch out, or those looking to settle and calm before bed or to calm the nerves before or after travel. You may need blankets, bolsters and a block.

The Yang Within The Yin
This Yin Yoga class has more of a yang feel to it. The holds are shorter, and we move off the ground. It's a great class to unravel a tight body in the morning, or as a mid-afternoon stretch break. Starting with dangling forward bend, then moving into squat and gentle movements to gently awaken the body. Then moving to gentle and mindful lunges, this is a Yin yoga class with more of a yang flavour. Perfect to gently unravel at any time of day. You'll need blocks (or a book), a strap.

Settle and Centre with Yin Yoga
Our minds often want to run away from things that are uncomfortable, or run towards pleasant sensation. This yin yoga class cultivates our ability to simply stay present and mindful to whatever is happening. Without judgement, we develop the ability to simply stay and widen the inner landscape through the yin yoga poses of squat, butterfly, sphinx, seal and dragonfly. You will need a brick.

Restoring Yin Yoga
A restorative yin yoga class in which we learn how to relax into our bodies. This is a chance to fall in love with yoga props (pillows, books, blankets and possibly pets!), including exploring the joys of bolster hugging inspired by words from the 11th century meditation teacher Tilopa: “do nothing with the body but relax." A perfect class to calm, restore energy, and prepare the body for sleep.

Yin Yang Equinox Yoga Flow
A yoga class for the equinox or whenever you need to find balance. This class mixes Kundalini-style breath work and yoga poses which build strength and heat, balanced with yin yoga poses. Class starts with a special chakra cleansing technique to build inner vibrancy and clarity, followed by a gentle warm up, and invigorating back bends. You may need a blanket to sit on and perhaps a bolster.

Yin Yoga: Close to the Ground
In this Yin yoga class, all the poses are very close to the ground. We begin in constructive rest and we end in constructive rest. In between those places, we access the hips and stretch the thighs. This class is great for when you need to restore your energy levels, or at the end of the day when you're encouraging calm and preparing for sleep. You might need blocks, a strap and a blanket.

Soothe Your Soul: Breath & Yin
Slow yin yoga and grounding meditations will help to calm you when you're feeling overwhelmed, relax your body and prepare you for a restorative state of being. Fluid Yang Yin Yoga
A balanced yang/yin yoga class. Notice the stillness at the beginning before bringing in some mobility and qigong warm ups. Then move into a hatha yoga flow and feel into the fluidity of the practice. Class ends with yin yoga poses to create a sense of balance. This can be done in the evening as a transition or anytime of day to move with more awareness and stillness.

Liberate Your Hips: A Yin/Yang Flow
This yoga class is a mix between yin and yang to increase mobility in the hip joint. Starting with yin yoga and Qigong, it then gently flows towards some more yang poses to work the inner and outer hips and to free up the spine for a lovely balanced way to liberate the whole body. This class is perfect for a slightly gentler morning choice or in the evening if you've spent the day seated or standing. Working with the water element, it brings softness and a sense of letting go. You will need two bricks and a strap.

Balancing Yang and Yin
This class is, we think, the perfect balance! With balance of movement and stillness. The first part of the class is focused on fluid movement, and the second part is more restorative, a yin class. With plenty of hip stretches, the class is ideal for stretching after periods of sitting or after work or travel. We love practicing this class early evening, first to move to get the stress of the day moving out of your body, and then the yin to soften and release into the evening. You might need some blocks or cushions for support during the yin part of the practice.

With some spinal rolling and freeing, some poses from QiGong, some restorative and Yin poses, this fusion yoga class is a perfect way to wind down and relax at the end of the day, or for whenever you need to calm, nourish and restore yourself. Hip Yin Yoga: Above The Knees - Below The Navel
A hip-focused Yin Yoga class. In this class we replace intensity of form with length of time, so we hold shapes for minutes in order to move deeply from within. This hip-focused class is perfect for those of us with a sedentary lifestyle, who spend too much time seated, especially at desks or in the car, or for athletes, especially runners and cyclists who can suffer from tight hips, which can cause back troubles. You may need blocks, blankets, bricks and a bolster with this class.

With some Yin yoga poses and some restorative variations, this class will get you settled and ready to transform to your gentlest form. You will need a bolster, yoga block, strap or belt and eye mask if you have one.

Settle your energy, settle your focus in this very grounded Yin class which is focused around the Hara, your energy centre. This class is wonderful if you want to tune in to your intuition, your deep-seated centre. This is a heart and lung Yin yoga class. This class is great for overcoming sadness and grief, and is wonderful for clearing that which no longer serves you.
