Ignite and tone your core in this energising Hatha flow designed to stretch and sculpt the side body. Through creative side stretches and targeted core work, we’ll activate the obliques, strengthen the waist, and build deep core stability. This class will leave you feeling strong, lengthened, and powerfully connected to your centre.

Yoga Flow for Neck and Back
This soothing, floor-based practice gently targets tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. With mindful movement, supported stretches, and breath awareness, we’ll release stress from the upper spine and restore balance in the body and mind. A perfect class for when you're feeling tight or achy in the upper body. You’ll need a strap and a block for support. Recorded 20/02/25

Healthy Back (6) Upper Back and Neck
A gentle class taking place entirely whilst seated, this simple but very effective yoga class to 'unstick' tight shoulders and the neck. Often our neck and shoulders are contorted with use of technology. This sequence finds length in the both sides of the neck and through the shoulder blades. You will need two blocks.

Healthy Back (4) The Middle Spine
The middle spine is often overlooked in our back care. This yoga class uses twists and standing poses to gently mobilise the middle spine. You will need two yoga bricks.

Healthy Back (2) Hips and Lower Back
Experiment with exactly how your pelvis sits in your daily movement. Learn how to position your pelvis and experiment with the effect on the lower back. This gentle yoga class uses standing as well as supine poses to focus on creating space and freedom in the hips and the lower back. Perfect for those of us who spend large portions of our day seated! You will need a block. (note, this healthy back series are maintenance back health class, they are not suitable for those with ongoing back problems).

Healthy Back (1) Spinal Warm Up
The first class in our spinal health class is an all-levels movement class to help to understand our relationship with the spine. First of all, we learn the anatomical principles of keeping the spine healthy and then move on energetic jumping to feel how the body moves, and then a focus on the feet, to help us ground down, so we can stand taller. The feet are absolutely crucial to spinal health! With gentle, fluid movements to open the hips and side stretch, this class is a crucial first step in keeping your spine fluid and mobile (note that this series is not for you if you have back problems). You will need two blocks and a strap and a rolled up mat or swimming aid noodle.

Healthy Back (5) Spinal Torsion Supine
A simple, but surprisingly tough completely supine yoga class to help with back care. This twisting and strengthening class will help to mobilise your spine. You will need a belt.

Beginners 1: Move with the breath
Brand new to yoga? Unsure about where to start? Take Clare’s beginners series which is an unfussy approach to the fundamentals. Moving with the breath is the first step in yoga. Clare shows the difference between the natural breath and the “ocean” or Ujaii breath and builds in simple standing, kneeling and supine movements. Class finishes with a short relaxation.

Beginners 2 - Foundation Poses
Clare breaks down some of the fundamental yoga poses: Downward facing dog, lunges and cobra. These are building blocks for "Sun Salutations" that are taught in many yoga classes. Clare shows how to position the body: feet, hands, shoulders and hips, and build the poses with the breath into a flow that we’ll use across the beginners series. Class finishes with a short relaxation.

Beginners 3 - Standing Poses
Standing poses build up strength and steadiness. Clare explains how to build upon the foundations of the feet and breath and use the muscles of the legs to give stability and space. Twists help you feel yourself again. So whether you’re stiff, stressed-out, sluggish, or plain out of sorts, Clare’s simple twist practice will leave you feeling grounded and re-energised. Perfect for morning or evening. The class ends on a savasana, so feel free to lay down and soak up the practice for as long as you need.

KIck-start your 20 minute morning yoga practice with Kate's Stepping Stones series. Each week improve as Kate adds more challenging variations to the sequence. This is great for beginners and for those who want to make yoga a daily habit.

Equally wonderful as a start to your day or before bed, this floor-based practice incorporates various breathwork techniques, working with the vagus nerve and stretching and grounding of key meridians. Build glute strength to help support the lower back, improve balance, and reduce the risk of injuries. The class explores stretching, strengthening and mobilising the glutes through a variety of mindful movements. A block, brick, or even a book can come in handy for some of the poses.
