Alternative to Sun Salutations
This yoga class is a wonderful all body warm up or stand alone practice with infinite variations and difficulty levels. It can be used to substitute sun salutations to avoid pressure or weight-bearing on the shoulders and wrists - so no downward dog or chaturanga. It can also be built upon and offers a chair or wall as an option for helping balance.
Restoring Yin Yoga
A restorative yin yoga class in which we learn how to relax into our bodies. This is a chance to fall in love with yoga props (pillows, books, blankets and possibly pets!), including exploring the joys of bolster hugging inspired by words from the 11th century meditation teacher Tilopa: “do nothing with the body but relax." A perfect class to calm, restore energy, and prepare the body for sleep.
A qi gong and yoga fusion sequence to release feelings of being stuck, feeling tense, or just when you’re not in your flow. With some chair variations to make all the practices more accessible, this sequence uses qi gong and yoga to clear out stagnation and shift your tension. A chair can be used in this practice to make the class accessible to all.
Shake It Out
Shaking is a wonderful way of liberating stuck energy, stress or tension. This all levels shaking class is great if you just want to bring in a bit of a state change. It’s a quick tool to get into your body, and it’s easy, super accessible and very efficient. Shaking is perfect if you've limited space; you don't need a yoga mat, and can be done in exactly the way your body is able to move, so perfect for limited mobility or seniors, or if you just want to free up and 'stuck' energy. So go ahead, have a good shake!
Lymphatic Yoga: Move and Glow
The lymphatic system is responsible for removing toxins, boosting the immune system and reducing inflammation in the body. This gentle yoga class takes us on a tour of the lymphatic system and teaches you practices to support your lymph and keep it moving through your body with gentle massage, stretching and yoga poses. You will need two cork bricks and a blanket.

Barre Workout: Cultivate Strength
This uplifting Barre workout is a class to cultivate strength, coordination, balance and grace. With short movement combinations which you can take at your own speed, you can expect to feel strong and energised after this challenging workout. Plus, with a focus on transitions, this is a practice of balance and grace which will facilitate a sense of ease in the body. You will need a chair or sturdy piece of furniture to support you in some of the standing sequences.
Yoga Nidra Elements Series: Earth
This yoga nidra takes us on a journey of deep grounding and centring. It is a really beautiful yoga nidra to take if there are feelings of overwhelm or anxiety. It guides us into a place of quiet steadiness, to come away feeling centred, soothed and ready for life's challenges.
Wake Up Shake Up: Tap and Stretch
Wake up, shake up, tap and stretch. This short and gentle movement class doesn't need a yoga mat or any equipment: perfect for when you're on the move or even in the office. Awaken, enliven and invigorate through shaking movements before tapping along the meridians, and moving through gentle stretches which are as invigorating as they are soothing and quietening. The focus is less on postural extremism and more on awareness of embodiment. A practice of interoception and inner attention. A great class for seniors or those with more limited mobility, recovering from surgery or times of illness. Inspired by disco and qigong.
Barre Workout: Strength, Core and Posture
This Barre class workout is all about maintaining length in the neck and whole spine even when practicing challenging movements. With a focus on shoulder stabilisation, the sequences will offer opportunities to strengthen the whole body while cultivating optimal posture. This is a great, full body workout and is perfect to work on posture whilst strengthening. You will need a chair or sturdy piece of furniture and possibly a small looped band, or a yoga strap.
Pigeon Pose Yin Yoga
A slow yin yoga class for opening the hips. The hips can get very tight when we are sedentary or athletic, so this yoga class is perfect for the end of the day or after a long flight, hike or bike ride. This calming class includes a variety of poses that target the hip flexors, then moves into longer holds of various pigeon alternatives. You'll need two blocks and a blanket.
Mindfulness To Go
A short mindfulness exercise for space, body and breath which is perfect for doing anytime, anywhere. Perhaps you're waiting at the bus stop, you're on the train or plane, you're at your desk and feeling overwhelmed, or you're just a few minutes early for an appointment. This class is a really wonderful way to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. A ten minute centring exercise that you can do when you are looking to cultivate a feeling of presentness, groundedness and connection. Yin Yoga: Close to the Ground
In this Yin yoga class, all the poses are very close to the ground. We begin in constructive rest and we end in constructive rest. In between those places, we access the hips and stretch the thighs. This class is great for when you need to restore your energy levels, or at the end of the day when you're encouraging calm and preparing for sleep. You might need blocks, a strap and a blanket.
Awake and Alert: Tapping and Breathing
Unlock vitality! Perfect for the morning or when you need a pick me up of energy. No need for a yoga mat, the class includes simple energising techniques of tapping, breath work and twists which could be done standing or seated. Class is perfect for all mobility levels, all bodies, all ages.
Yoga Nidra Elements Series: Fire
This yoga nidra stokes our fire within. It takes us on a journey to empowerment and invites us to stand in our power. If you have never practiced Yoga Nidra before you are in for a treat! It is an ancient practice known as Yogic Sleep. It takes place laying down so is accessible to all levels. The teacher then takes you on a guided journey with their voice. It leads you into a deep state of bodily relaxation, then moves onto quiet the mind and open the heart. This practice is truly powerful and deeply healing.
Yoga for Sacroiliac Stability
Sacroiliac (SI) pain can be common in many yoga practitioners. This series of movements, all done on the back when done daily can help address instability and discomfort in the sacroiliac area. It’s also ideal if you’re short on space and time. You’ll need a blanket, block and strap.
Yin Yoga for Overwhelm
Expect cooling forward bends and refreshing twists in this yin yoga class. The poses help to ease overwhelm during the full moon, or any time that life feels a little stressful. The journey inward starts with some gentle movement. Then we focus on releasing and letting go with folding forward poses, which encourage looking inward. Your hamstrings and hips will benefit from these folds, they are perfect poses for those who have been seated all day, or athletes needing to stretch out the hamstrings and hips. During the long pose holds, there is no instruction or talking, so that we can delve deeper into the poses, and unlike some yin Classes, there is a little movement in between poses. Props suggested: a bolster (or two!) a block or two and a strap.
Invigorate with Qigong
This Qigong class is a gentle way to awaken your energy. Suitable for the morning or anytime you feel sluggish and need to get your energy flowing. Start by systematically waking up our joint spaces followed by gentle meridian stimulation. Then continue to awaken the entire body with poses such as constant bear, wild horse, shaking and pulses. Class concludes with centring and breathing ready to move on with the day. You don't need a mat for this class, so it's perfect for a limited space or even for practicing outdoors.
