This class is Margi’s favorite way to end the day. A perfect, simple all on the back class to relax and calm ready for bed. Breath centered, close to the earth, gentle, soothing twists, hip openers, hamstring stretches and a short meditation with legs elevated on a chair or couch. Enjoy this very relaxed floor-perspective of this floor based class! Go from this practice right to bed. Please have a belt or and a cushion.

Gentle Somatic Movement: Easy Neck Release Lying Down
If you've been feeling stressed or full of anxiety and overwhelm, this class is perfect. It is also a great class if you're recovering from illness and injury, or have energy challenges, because the class is entirely on the back and movements in the neck and head are very subtle. Get curious about how your body moves and how your breath moves through your body. Feel release in the neck, jaw and head through this very nurturing, kind and gentle class which will make you feel human again with your nervous system restored and recovered. Your Daily Shoulder, Neck & Head Practice
This short yoga class mobilises, strengthens, and relaxes the shoulders and neck through their full range of motion. This is so important for our sedentary lives, and is a vital class for when you've ben busy at work, when you're feeling overwhelmed or when you're travelling. Evening Yoga Relaxation
A beautifully peaceful yoga class, perfect to take right before bed. Use it to help settle into a great night's sleep, or anytime you feel overwhelmed and in need of calm. This class can be done either on a yoga mat or even in bed to allow yourself to fall into a deep and restful sleep. On this journey, we will explore what needs to be released and let go by focusing on the breath to connect and ground through the body. We will explore a little activation of the body to bring awareness, then a deep relaxation with some juicy restorative yoga poses. You will need a strap or a long towel.

Restorative Pick Me Up
With no equipment needed and minimal space required, this restorative yoga class is perfect to recharge, reset and renew. Just find some space wherever you are, whether that's at home or at work! Often restorative yoga is done in the evening or on the weekend but it can be a great practise during the day too. This class uses gentle movements to release tension and recharge fatigue. As well as releasing physical tension it can help balance our emotional and mental states leaving us feeling more focused and refreshed for the day ahead.

Quick Fix Hatha
This hatha yoga class is a simple series of five yoga poses. If you have time for nothing else, this is the perfect class. All poses are lying down or seated and you'll need a timer. Take your time to get into each pose, pause the video and take long, smooth breaths. Enjoy the spaciousness in your spine and peace with nothing to look at and no instruction, just you in a guided self-practice. A great class if you if you have limited space and time for practicing yoga.

Get Ready For Sleep
This yoga class is a slow, grounding and gentle practise preparing body and mind for sleep. We start from standing and gradually make our way to the floor. This is a great practise to do in the evening to help unwind the body or just before bedtime. It is an opportunity to slow down and take some space for yourself at the end of the day to really support your transition to sleep. You will need a belt or dressing gown tie and a blanket/pillow/cushions.

Sleep Recovery Series (1): Simple Sleep
A gentle, simple soothing bedtime ritual yoga class. With a simple set of yoga poses which flow from one to the next, prepare for sleep or get back to bed if you wake in the middle of the night. Suitable for all levels, you can do it in your bedroom with minimal space - even in your bed! This sequence reduces physical tension, lowers your heart rate, and decreases the stress hormones in your body to prepare you for deep rest. This yoga class ocuses on all of the major tension hotspots in your body: chest, neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, thighs, hamstrings: pulling the tension out to prepare you for deeper, more restful sleep. Do this class own or finish with a pre-sleep three part breath class or marma point class. Also an excellent prelude to restorative poses for those who find it hard to settle into restoratives right away.

It's essential to take a pause when we are focused on success. This is a guided relaxation class which gives you the time to re-charge. It's as important to re-charge as to do the hard work when you're moving towards your goal. With a brief explanation of the importance of pausing in life, this is the essential practice of learning constructive rest through guided relaxation. You'll need everything you'd need to keep comfy in your relaxation - blanket, pillow, eye-mask is helpful.

This session will build a combination of strength and softness in the arms and hands and upper and lower body. When the energies of yin and yang come into balance in our bodies, it is known as the Tai Chi Axis.
