Building Focus
A perfect way to start your day leaving you feeling gently energised, stronger and a sense of clarity and focus. This Kundalini yoga class uses the Surya Kriya. This gentle yoga class practice starts with right nostril sun breathing. Mostly gentle and accessible postures (if you need something quite gentle, just give the frog sequence a miss) are done with a beautiful backdrop of music, mantra and drumming. There’s some drumming, chanting and it ends in 1 minute silent mediation.

Healthy Hips: Strength for the Hip Joints
Pilates and Yoga for healthy, mobile and strong hip joints. If you're a regular yoga practitioner, or you sit for long periods, you may have weaker muscles in the areas surrounding the hips. This class uses Pilates and yoga moves to strengthen the hips by moving the body in different planes of motions and at different speeds. A great class for most of us who have weaker hip and glute muscles. You may use an exercise band, if you have one, but it's not necessary for the class, and some exercises are done next to the wall.

Yoga for Beginners: Exploring Connection to Earth
This yoga class focuses on the body’s connection to the earth and the exploration of bandhas, or seals. In this class we discover how connecting to the earth brings tone and support to our yoga practice. Discover more about the earth seals (hasta bandha and panda bandha) while bringing more stability and energy to the body. Using balancing poses, such as tree, and seated poses, we explore the feelings of support, being present and being grounded. This class also introduces the hip opener, pigeon pose, and mudras (hand gestures). You will need a thin block or pillow, and a belt.

Restorative Yoga: Pause to Feel
This restorative yoga class is designed to cultivate awareness through the pelvis, lower belly and sacral plexus; the home of the creative energy centre (Svadhishthana). Poses in this yoga class focus on the back, the lower belly and the legs, and are intended to create space to allow the energy to flow fluidly through this energy centre. It starts with low lunges, moving to a restorative child’s pose and then you'll need a clear wall for ‘legs up the wall’ pose.

Honour Your Cycle: Summer
This class celebrates the vitality of the summer of the menstrual cycle. With rhythmic, nutritious, grounding movements, you move and breath to get some flow and energy into your body with lots of rhythm and circles. Start with your feet and get moving through all your joints with a rhythmic flow to gently bring the sunshine in! Then class ends with a micro yoga nidra relaxation. You will need bolsters and cushions to get comfortable in your yoga nidra and perhaps padding for the knees for the rhythmic yoga movement practice.

Progress Your Practice: Forward Folding Flow
The first in a progressing your practice series, great for those who have mastered the basic yoga poses but are looking to start to flow! The first class in this progressing your practice series is a fully rounded class, featuring some of the standing poses you'll have grown familiar with, but with a focus on folding forwards. Forward folds help to release hips and hamstrings - things which those of us who have seated work may struggle with. You will need a blanket, a strap and two blocks.

Deep Tissue Stretch
This yin class is perfect for releasing the deep fascia, or connective tissue underneath the muscle, which is really resistent to stretching and often can only be really released by a deep tissue massage or a very deep fascia stretch. All athletes, cyclists, runners and type A personalities will benefit from this class and it's an ideal class to take after a vigourous vinyasa yoga class.

Post Travel Yoga for Hips, Shoulders and Backs
This post-travel sequence is perfect for easing hips, shoulders and backs. Travel does create downward pressure on backs, shoulders and hips, a tightening and weakening of muscles. This class is designed to aliviate pain and discomfort from the travel or from sitting still for lengths of time. A great class after any long journey to stretch out, or indeed after a day sitting in the office.
