Uma has been teaching for over 20 years and now mostly runs retreats and training courses around the world. Womb Yoga is Uma’s approach to yoga for women developed over many years of practice. It is a fluid, nourishing, nurturing and feminine style that strengthens women’s relationships with themselves.
