Morning Energiser › Liz Lark
These practices are great for the morning. They are especially designed to give you some get up and go, no matter how much time you have; if you're giving yourself a short weekday gift of starting the day well or a beautiful, longer energising weekend practice to give yourself the time and space you need to feel just great.
We think you'll find that the day goes with so much more panache and ease after you start the day by getting moving.

Mindful Flow and Conscious Breath
A simple but intermediate flow to gently energise and work with your breath. Breathe consciousness, with intention, and nourish the energy body (pranamayakosha). A perfect work break where we breathe consciously through our pores, like butterflies, who breathe through tiny holes in their wings called spiroles.

Energise & Surrender: Shoulder Opening Vinyasa
This shoulder opening vinyasa yoga class is perfect to start the day with. Inspired by a song by Gerry Rafferty, 'Wise as a Serpent, Gentle as a Dove' which interprets the biblical saying: “butterflies are streetwise too, they have camouflage to predators, eyes painted on wings”. Harmonise the dual qualities of energetic zeal and and surrender in your yoga practice; play with yin and yang in each pose, in each breath, each balance. You will need a strap.

Adventures in Rewilding: Yoga and Somatics
Celebrate the freedom of your joints in this adventure through somatics and yoga. This class is a celebration of movement which starts with a somatic warm up, plays with variations of moon pose, creates a sense of centring in horse pose and flows creatively with cartwheel. This class is perfect if you're looking for something a little different, playful, adventurous and fun. It is ideal if you have an established practice and plenty of mobility.

Rainbow Vinyasa Green/Blue(4): Free As A Bird
Fly like a bird and find freedom in this short but intense advanced vinyasa yoga class focusing on hip and shoulder opening. To achieve full variations of these yoga poses you may need to have already have warmed up with a less intense yoga class, perhaps try practicing the other classes in this Rainbow sequence to build up to this? This vinyasa is sequenced with variations on our usual bird poses, expect to fly into poses including pigeon, working with low lunges ready for bird of paradise, firefly (titibasana), side crane, then working with more shoulder opening to peacock pose, pincha mayarasana and then dropping back into wheel before shoulder stand variations. Enjoy the freedom!

Feisty Vinyasa: Exploring butterfly
Exploring the butterfly theme. An adventurous, advanced vinyasa class which opens up the shoulders, chest and features backbends as well as balances. We recommend that you're already warmed up and ready to go, and the class flows swiftly into challenging poses and sequences. You'll need to finish the class with a long relaxation, so do go ahead and pick a relaxation class for afterwards. Expect variations on inversions and backbends and prepare to explore the transitioning butterfly.
