Flying Plank: Strengthening Yoga
Join Clive for this strengthening yoga class: a progressive sequence of flying plank for developing arm and core strength. Starting from all fours and including variations from downward dog, high plank and forearm plank. There are 5 sequences in total. Build it up over time and go at your own pace. Leave the class feeling energised and motivated for the rest of the day. Great standalone practise or an add on to your other classes and movement practises.

Vinyasa Flow: Move With Awareness
An intermediate vinyasa flow which invites us to stay present and to notice without judgement any distractions we might encounter when moving on our mat, including the fear of failing or our need to achieve specific yoga pose goals. This yoga class is a comprehensive sequence which starts with a meditation and breath work practice, followed by a shoulder and chest opening warm up, then balances and twists, including fallen angel pose, to unlock your spine. Vinyasa Flow: Release the Neck and Shoulders
This vinyasa flow yoga class invites us to let go of holding onto patterns that might create tightness in our chest. A great class for those who carry tension in the neck and shoulders, particularly from computer use; it will encourage the opening of the shoulders and the front of the body. Start with lovely chest, shoulder and neck releasing warm ups, the vinyasa flow then goes to explore different backbends creating length in the spine and challenging ourselves to approach our practice with an open and courageous mind.

Forrest-Inspired Yoga Foundations
This Forrest-inspired yoga class is for grounding and strengthening. Although all Forrest yoga classes are challenging, this class is perfect if you’re new to this style. This yoga class brings awareness to our foundations: our legs, hips and core. Expect a strong, centred practice that plays with some wobbly lunge and powerful pigeon variations. Class begins by building our inner strength with brahmari breath and deep abdominal exercises; preparing us to move through a warrior-based standing sequence. As we move through our grounded practice today, perhaps consider your relationship to earth - to the ground we walk on. What can we offer up to earth in this practice? What can we feel is being given back? You will need a blanket and a towel rolled up.

Building Strength for Inversions
Set yourself up for success in inversions like handstand, forearm stand and headstand! This is a preparatory practices for inversions and will emphasise the component parts of these poses; so what needs to be opened, warmed up, strengthened and educated. Learn to warm up the hamstrings and wrists, engage the core, stabilise the shoulders and root into the earth. If you wish to build on this practice, you can do so with Kristen's tadasana and headstand tutorials. If you wish to continue your practice, you can do so with a savasana. You may need a strap and two blocks.

Building strength for arm balances
This strong yoga practice will take you through a sequence of poses which will help strengthen and warm up the body ready for arm balances. Expect hip openers, core work, wrist strengthening and shoulder stabilisation. Follow this practice with some arm balance tutorials such as crow and flying pigeon, then a well deserved savasana! You may need two blocks.

Mandala Sun Salutations: Backbends
Backbends need strength as well as flexibility to execute safely. This strong vinyasa yoga class is inspired by Katarina's self practice for when she's short on time. This is a strong class, but great for if you only have a spare half hour to make the most of! It's a sure and fast way to get you flowing and sweating creatively. This flow focuses on finding space in all of the components of a backbend; the shoulders, hip flexors and quads. It also focuses on using active stretches, so we gain more mobility (strength & flexibility) which is especially important for safe backbending. Enjoy this fun and fast flow. You may need blocks and a strap.

A dynamic, swift-paced mandala sun salutation based vinyasa yoga class. Mandala salutations move 360 degrees around the mat, this flow focuses on hamstrings and working towards inversions. Class gets started straight away, you'll find plenty of hamstring-opening poses to get you stronger and prepare you for your inversion practice. This class is tough, fast and fun. We recommend you do a warming up practice and a relaxation practice afternwards, but this one is the pure-flow for those who just need to move!
