Class starts with supine hamstring openers and then we up the pace for more feisty poses. You'll need a strap and two blocks.

The class isn't beginners level, but includes more gentle vinyasa than the rest of the Metamorphosis sequence, including some yin poses to counterbalance all the yang in our lives.
Dawn Vinyasa: Emerging Metamorphosis
This strong, intermediate vinyasa practice is great to get you started in your day and emerge renewed. With a focus on stretching and strengthening the side body with side plank variations, moving through vinyasa to standing stretches, and moving into headstand variations, it is a great way to emerge, refreshed and renewed into your day.

A morning wake up call! Perfect for the morning, to get you moving, or anytime you need a little spaciousness in your body, mind and spirit. A swift-moving Jivamukti flow featuring sun salutes, standing poses, twists, and a headstand preparation and practice as well as a full final sequence. In our busy lives, it's wonderful to make space for yourselves. You will need blocks and a belt.
Feisty Vinyasa: Exploring butterfly
Exploring the butterfly theme. An adventurous, advanced vinyasa class which opens up the shoulders, chest and features backbends as well as balances. We recommend that you're already warmed up and ready to go, and the class flows swiftly into challenging poses and sequences. You'll need to finish the class with a long relaxation, so do go ahead and pick a relaxation class for afterwards. Expect variations on inversions and backbends and prepare to explore the transitioning butterfly.
Twist it Out, Rinse it clean
This is a super twisty dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class that will cleanse out your spine and any tension lodged in your body. A good strong flow practice with steady standing poses, arm balances and twists galore. You will feel rinsed clean and ready to go after this yoga class.
