Wake Up & Glow
Take agency over how you want to feel today and cause an effect on your life. Are you living in reaction to life? It is all too tempting to live up in our heads, entertained by our busy minds only to be reduced to our thoughts. Our thoughts effect our feelings and our feelings cause an affect on our thoughts. We don’t get to choose what happens to us in a day, but we can choose how we react or respond to what is happening. How do you want to feel today? How do you want to influence life today? How do you want to celebrate life today? You are the artist of your day, set yourself up for success by taking agency over how you want to feel today, rather than leaving it up to the outer world to decide for you. This is living from the inside out. “Happiness is an inside job.” – William Arthur Ward Suggested props: 2 same sized blocks – are always my go to for having under my hands to minimize compression in the soft tissues of my hips in some of the lunge shaped poses.
The Sacred Pause
The shorter, darker days are coming, this practice is an invitation to honour the call to pause. In this practice we will be exploring savasana’s variations, where you can fully rest. Note: if you are pregnant, I would advise remaining in the first pose of this sequence for the length of this. Unless you are still in the first trimester and feel comfortable transitioning onto your back for the second pose.
This class focuses on exploring the range of hamstring movements, so we don’t overstretch the hamstrings, but instead hydrate, nourish and expand into our own potential. Expand to work your hamstrings in their full range, and remember, when stretching it’s healthy to move at between 60-80% of your potential. A really great class for all of us who are tight in the legs from everyday life. Mostly wrist-free. You will need a ball and an elastic theraband, if you one.

Including breathwork, kapalabhati breathwork some juicy core work, and the peak of royal dancer with a strap. This class is all about connecting to your life force energy, prana, and tuning into to its power potency, and is a wonderful class to get you moving in the morning!
Mobile & Happy Spine
A well rounded class which focuses on keeping a mobile, happy and healthy spine with simple, easy movements for all levels. Twist, strengthen and lengthen, side bend and gently strengthen your core with this beginners and all-levels spinal health somatics yoga class. Focus on the neck, lower back, upper back and spinal mobility. You will need a bolster and a towel or blanket.
Honour Your Cycle: Winter
A beautiful yoga nidra (yogic sleep) for menstruation, especially designed to ease flow, ease pain and feel nourished and supported. Uma uses the sound of Tibetan singing bowls to help us to drop into a deep, nourishing relaxation. The first 6 minutes 40 talks through setting up for yoga nidra, how to create a comfortable yoga nidra so that you feel held and supported. You may wish to start at 6.40 if you'd like to get straight into your yoga nidra after you've set up. You may enjoy a hot water bottle for this class. We recommend a scarf to wrap around the waist and a blanket to keep warm and you will need to set yourself up next to your sofa or a chair, so that your knees are resting up, and your ankles higher than your knees.
Strengthen & mobilise: The Upper Body
A strengthening and mobilising somatic movement yoga class which explores shoulder girdle, shoulder joint, elbow and wrist mobility. Move in a controlled, gentle and stable way, target specific areas with slow, somatic based movements, and focus on strength and gentle mobilising. Perfect for recovery from injury or simply getting mindful awareness to your movements with gentle, small, but effective somatic movements You will need a couple of blocks and a blanket or towel.
This well rounded, gentle flow yoga class brings in the joy, a perfect class to uplift if you're feeling a little low. We will, with care, bring some joy and feeling back into the body and this present moment as best as we can through opening up to breath and back-bending postures along with a few other energising surprises. You will need a blanket, and a brick or something like it, and a playful light attitude.
Honour Your Cycle: Summer
This class celebrates the vitality of the summer of the menstrual cycle. With rhythmic, nutritious, grounding movements, you move and breath to get some flow and energy into your body with lots of rhythm and circles. Start with your feet and get moving through all your joints with a rhythmic flow to gently bring the sunshine in! Then class ends with a micro yoga nidra relaxation. You will need bolsters and cushions to get comfortable in your yoga nidra and perhaps padding for the knees for the rhythmic yoga movement practice.
A slow flow yoga class which is perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious. Adam's class is incredibly grounding. Move towards feeling stabilised and balance again by re-grounding anxious energy which embodies anxious mind and restless body. Learn to meet any anxiety with kindness by feeling its physical symptoms, not just the stories you may associate with it. We will use to the tools of yoga, including stilling our gaze and heightening our feelings of embodiment, to bring you back and re-ground you in the present moment. You will need a bolster and a block or a folded blanket.
Honour Your Cycle: Spring
Honour completion of your bleed cycle and take time to savour the spring moment, when your energy returns, but you want to honour, not depleat your energy reserves. It's easy at this time to feel energised but this can depleat us. This nourishing, gentle yoga class focuses on breathing, mudra and gentle movements from heart to womb, letting the body soak up the benefits and class ends with a long relaxation, short yoga nidra. You will need pillows or cushions to sit on and a bolster and blankets for a long relaxation.
Rainbow Vinyasa Red(1): Embodiment
A grounded yoga class focusing on rooting energy and bone stability. Warm up with gentle floor-based side bends, spinal twists and gentle somatic movement. Build stability and a strong and stable grounding as well as building bone strength with warrior sequences. Continue your strengthening yoga class with some challenging balances, this yoga class is wonderful to keep strong and healthy bones, helping to prevent osteoporosis. You will need a yoga block.
Unwind & Declutter
A simple, Scaravelli class which teaches us how yoga can help to empty us. This class is perfect if you're feeling busy, anxious or overwhelmed. Just as we create space and de-clutter our house, it's also useful to de-clutter our minds and bodies as you move towards stillness. This class is almost entirely supine, working with bridge position - just exploring the space in the pelvis, the spine and the shoulders, and stretching hamstrings, then we move into standing postures . You will need a strap and a blanket.
Relax Into The Feeling Body
This gentle, nurturing yoga class is not about the shapes that you may make, but is about how you feel during the practice. Become sensitive to how you feel so that you can bespoke the class to exactly that. Expect plenty of relaxing supine poses and some releasing lunges before opening the chest, hips and relaxing. A perfect class for releasing after a tough day.
Evening Yin/Yang Flow
A peaceful Yin/Yang flow to wind down and relax for the end of the day. With some spinal rolling and freeing, some poses from QiGong, some restorative and Yin poses, this fusion yoga class is a perfect way to wind down and relax at the end of the day, or for whenever you need to calm, nourish and restore yourself. The perfect self-care solution to our overwhelmed lives. You will need a bolster (or pillows), a blanket, 2 yoga bricks and a foam block and a strap.
Hip Yin Yoga: Above The Knees - Below The Navel
A hip-focused Yin Yoga class. In this class we replace intensity of form with length of time, so we hold shapes for minutes in order to move deeply from within. This hip-focused class is perfect for those of us with a sedentary lifestyle, who spend too much time seated, especially at desks or in the car, or for athletes, especially runners and cyclists who can suffer from tight hips, which can cause back troubles. You may need blocks, blankets, bricks and a bolster with this class.
Scaravelli Style Pelvic Balance Workshop
A beautiful Scaravelli workshop style yoga class, for you to deepen your practice, your knowledge and to increase your body awareness. This class focuses on finding balance in the hip and pelvic area. Not so much a movement yoga class, more an exercise in developing sensitivity to, and finding balance and stability in your pelvis, hips and sacrum with very subtle, small movements and exercises in weight distribution.
