Alignment Focused Jivamukti Yoga
A complete Jivamukti yoga class for those keen to slow down and learn the precise alignment to keep you safe during practice. Build upon a stable foundation and learn to refine your alignment through self-adjustment. This class is slower and more mindful than the usual Jivamukti class, but you will still find plenty of challenges as Lizzie focuses on refined details of the poses to promote using the whole body in an integrated way. You will need blocks.

Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior Flow
Beginning with the Magic 10 to start this classic Jivamukti yoga class. During the Magic 10, expect long counted holds and a handstand at the wall for those who are ready. During the counted long holds without further instruction, this is great for finding a more meditative state during your asana practice. We then continue with intention setting and the classic, well rounded Jivamukti vinyasa yoga practice, which includes headstand for those who can. You may need two blocks.

Expect a fiesty-paced flow through sun salutes and vinyasa, and turn your swift practice into a meditation in motion. Includes a juicy backbend sequence and regular headstand practitioners can enjoy a long headstand hold (child's pose for the rest of us). A fiesty, fast-moving Jivamukti vinyasa class. This intermediate class will have you facing your fears and going for it. This hip-opening class works towards hanumanasana using the wall, so you'll be working on your hip flexors and flexibility in your hamstrings.
