Tune In Tune Up: The Crown Centre
This yoga class is all about connection with the divine! The crown chakra is where our ego dissolves and we connect with the source. Headstand is the posture for this class. If you don't have a regular headstand practice, then just place your head on the ground in your child's pose and you'll feel the same benefits.
Yoga For Happiness (2): Gratitude
Adopting an attitude of gratitude is a game-changer for journeying into joy. Gratitude for your breath and your body; gratitude for your relationships and experiences; gratitude for who you are and what you bring to the world; gratitude for the opportunity to see yourself clearly and non judgementally. This beautifully paced and sequenced vinyasa flow yoga class has shoulder and upper back opening focus, great to release tight shoulders and stiffness in the upper back and perfect to open the heart to gratitude. This class is about shifting from our habitual responses. You will need two bricks.
Play With Inversions
A tutorial for those who have a strong inversion practice, either headstand or forearm stand and who are looking for a challenge when already stable upside down. This class is best done with a partner. Build control in your centre whilst in an active inversion through multiple leg variations.

It is all too tempting to live up in our heads, entertained by our busy minds only to be reduced to our thoughts. Our thoughts effect our feelings and our feelings cause an affect on our thoughts. We don’t get to choose what happens to us in a day, but we can choose how we react or respond to what is happening. How do you want to feel today? How do you want to influence life today? How do you want to celebrate life today? You are the artist of your day, set yourself up for success by taking agency over how you want to feel today, rather than leaving it up to the outer world to decide for you. Become a master of energy with this full-length prana-fuelling yoga class. Perfect for when life is challenging and you're looking for a deeper awareness to help you navigate. In these practices we're building a vessel to expand our awareness, so we can engage with life in a vibrantly creative way. This is a luscious and soulful practice that incorporates visualisation with the yoga. With plentiful planks and many long holds, you'll find your core fired up and your strength will be challenge! This is a challenging class but simply do your best to work on your personal power!
Refresh Your Intention
Sometimes we set an intention which needs to be re-energised. This practice serves to invigorate our intentions, be it new year resolutions, or re-invigorate our conscious minds, and ensure that each day we are on track with our intentions and our daily, conscious lives and choices. Expect a feisty Vinyasa flow yoga class with surprises and long holds too, build up the heat to work through your embodied goals. You may need a strap and yoga bricks.

Metta: Care for Ourselves and Care for Others
Featuring moon rather than sun salutes, this more nourishing practice is a beautifully nurturing slow flow and a nourishing sequence for the heart and soul. Great for when your body needs a little extra support, but you'd like to keep your movement practice. The human heart circulates the most oxygen rich supply of blood to itself first before it moves it out to the rest of the body. As humans we can also learn to care for our own bodies and experience, and use this care as a springboard to cultivate greater care for others and the world. “It is not arrogant or egotistical to feel good inside. Balancing of the Seasons
An intermediate class to balance into the seasons. Some shoulder releases and then heat-inducing core warm ups prepare the body for a short yoga class including forearm balance, headstand with headstand variations, some vinyasa to lengthen and strengthen and then shoulderstand variations. Finished off beautifully with a lovely, long, nourishing relaxation. Perfect yin and yang sequencing featuring balances to balance seasonal fluctuations.
Vinyasa Flow for Moving On
This class is designed to help you to release tensions held within the body to enable you to move on and be open to possibilities in life. This slow vinyasa flow will keep you mindful and moving through life's more turbulent times to enable you to release, let you and when you are ready, move on.
Yoga Through Life's Transitions
This yoga class teaches us how to transition through change in life, big life changes or the changes which touch us in every day life. This class will have you surfing on your ocean breath and enjoying moving through and greeting change head on. This class is dynamic, but you are encouraged to spend time in transitions and enjoy the process of transitioning, rather than the destination. A strong hip focus and plenty of creative, fun variations on the usual poses. You will need a rolled up mat or a block and a strap.
Vinyasa for cultivating fearlessness
A fast-moving yoga class which takes us to the edge of expansion and creativity, taking us to the edges - the polar opposites of the connection to life as 'always becoming' and experience life as 'always being'. A swift, heated sequence but with holding energy. Plenty of lovely creative sequencing, lots of strength, twists and fun. You may need a block and a strap.
Live Class - Love Vinyasa
Join Leila at Inbaba Yoga for this fabulous live class where the intention of Love and being loved is set. This all-level class is intermediate vinyasa flow which cunningly sequences deep twists, standing balances, mantra and inversions leading to a sweet relaxation sequence.
