Who we are:

Movement for Modern Life is on a journey to motivate and inspire people to take simple, small steps to a happy and healthy life.

We’re a small team, we’re a close-knit, friendly community. Inclusivity is important to us. We’re here and queer, and we’ve been around since 2013 and we’re still growing. We’ve been in Vogue, we’re the Favourite Yoga Platform or App 2023 and 2024, we have a Trustpilot score of 4.9 rated ‘Excellent.’ And we care. Our community is the soul of all we do. We are here for sustainable, revolutionary yoga. Yoga to heal hearts, movement to soothe, breathing to take us, joyfully and with strength, through the decades. We’re proud to work with the very best teachers and share their wisdom.

We are always on the lookout for new ways to move, new ways to live better, and the best ways to look after our own mental and physical health, support other people and our beautiful planet.

Times are exciting for us, and we’re looking for a community leader for MFML.

• Someone who LOVES us, cares about us and our community, and puts our community above everything.

• Someone who resonates with our values of openness, honesty, sharing the very best yoga practices and teachers, kindness and who wants to see authentic, accessible yoga practices shared.

• Someone who has a proven track record of working with expanding and growing digital businesses. 

• Someone who has an attitude of curiosity, who is positive in the face of setbacks, who is open, honest and transparent in their learnings.

• Someone who is creative, has tons of ideas but has a hawk-eyed attention to detail and is able to spot the moment something isn’t working, isn’t resonating or simply has a typo.

• Someone who is fun to work with, and will bring energy, enthusiasm to our tiny but perfectly formed team.

• Someone who has a data-driven mindset, but has the creativity to find solutions. Who will put our community and our teachers first. Who loves to solve problems.

We’re looking for someone with the following skills:

• Tech savvy, experience with a variety of programmes and platforms
• Proven experience growing businesses via digital marketing
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Sales-driven focus
• Knowledge and passion for yoga, movement and breathwork 
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously

You’ll be working closely with Founder Kat and our small but perfectly formed team, you’ll be unafraid to be in charge and make mistakes and learn.

You can be based anywhere worldwide so long as you have good internet connection.  Pay and terms negotiable for the right person, but looking for a full-time, full-hearted commitment to growing MFM, and a proven track record in growing digital businesses.
