We created this course by popular demand. We’ve had so many folks saying that, especially you’re just too busy to do a yoga class - you just can’t fit an hour of yoga into your week. Well, did you know that in fact, just 10 minutes of yoga every day, is more effective than one one hour class once a week? This course is for those of us who are too busy to do yoga! But do you have time to brush your teeth? Then you’ll have time to do this course… Just 10 minutes or less (some classes are just 4 minutes!) of yoga every single day does make a huge difference. You may be surprised.
When to do your classes? Our favourite times are:
- Before the household is awake first thing
- In between activities, when you’ve finished one thing, before you start another
- Just before lunchtime. Just add 10 minutes to your lunch hour. Your body will appreciate it.
- Just before bed. 10 minutes of stretching before bed can help to calm and help you to unwind
- After work before the evening begins. 10 minutes can transform your headspace
- In between work zoom meetings
- Before you pick the kids up
You get it. We all have little nuggets of time. Just roll out your mat and get to it, in whatever time you have. And let us know how you feel. Less is More, when it comes to daily practice.

Sleep Recovery Series (4): Simple Morning Wake Up

Wrist Relief Class

Typing, texting, sewing, hairdressing or guitar playing? Any and all small repetitive movements build tension in the wrists and forearms. Sometimes even yoga can make these areas feel a bit sore. Your Daily Feet Practice

Shake It Out

Shaking is a wonderful way of liberating stuck energy, stress or tension. This all levels shaking class is great if you just want to bring in a bit of a state change. It’s a quick tool to get into your body, and it’s easy, super accessible and very efficient. Shaking is perfect if you've limited space; you don't need a yoga mat, and can be done in exactly the way your body is able to move, so perfect for limited mobility or seniors, or if you just want to free up and 'stuck' energy. So go ahead, have a good shake!

More Gentle Bed Exercises
