Easy-to-follow, inclusive, relaxing flow yoga with elements of restoration and meditation to sooth and wind down during the autumn. Unstick the stuck from head to toe in the body, while deepening the breath and awareness of the here and now. We will build each class to warm up thoroughly and couple the breath with movement to soothe the mind and brighten your energy.
