With Great Thanks

Our American friends have been offering their thanks over the course of the weekend. At this time of year it’s more important than ever to remember the importance of gratitude.

It’s impossible to feel angry and grateful at the same time. Each and every one of us has something to be grateful for, and gratitude is a muscle that is so important to exercise, especially in times of chaos.

How we move with graciousness, feeling that gratitude on our mat, and off the mat and into the world, is the next step. Gratitude as a strong daily practice can enliven us, embolden us, and enable us to really step into our strongest, most centred version of ourselves.

In a week where gratitude is celebrated with shopping, maybe convert that energy into a graciousness around your intentions of gift giving. Giving gifts for others at Christmas is a wonderful way to let people know that we love them. But more than anything, it’s an energy exchange. That energy can be one of time, love and yes, lovely goodies. But as you start to think about the season for giving gifts, know that every gift to yourself as well as to others is a reflection of the gratitude you have for yourself as well as them. It’s time to be intentional about our gifts.

Oh, and if you are looking for goodies to give your friends, our Gift to You is 50% off all Gift Subscriptions for current subscribers. If you know of anyone who you think would enjoy the journey of a home yoga practice, now is the time to spread the word!

I am so grateful to you for your support of this British start-up, on a mission to make movement easy for you.  I would like to give you heartfelt thanks for your energy and inspiration, which gives our teachers the courage to share their practices, and us the energy and joy to continue our mission.

With immense gratitude and love
Kat and Team MFML
