Flow and Let Go
Sunday 4th December 2022 | 5pm – 7pm (GMT)
A life unexamined is a life not worth living according to Socrates. In the spiritual life a guidance of 50/50 is applied: spending half our life engaged in work, family, relationships and half on reflection, meditation and examining the content of the mind.
This two hour live online yin yoga workshop with Andrea Kwiatkowski will explore simple movement for the body to prepare for stillness. We will begin with yin yoga asana leading to a meditation and journalling.
Yin yoga, meditation and journalling is the perfect way to take a break away from our busy schedules, particularly at this busy time of year. Often, despite spending a lot of time with friends at family in the lead up to Christmas, how often are we truly present? Or taking the time to focus on ourselves too? This workshop will give you the space and tools to do just that.
The workshop is suitable for all levels of ability and experience. You will need some yoga props and a notebook.
This workshop will include:
- Yin yoga, meditation and journalling
- Tools to take away so you can find regularly find true rest and reflection
- Time and space to relax and prioritise yourself
- Opportunities to discuss and ask questions of Andrea
