This is the perfect opportunity to ask all your yoga questions in real-time, live about the SPRINGTIME Yoga Challenge!

  • Tips and techniques for forming a home yoga habit
  • Am I doing it right? How to make sure you’re practicing safely when you practice yoga at home.
  • You may have questions about yoga, doing yoga at home, or about MFML or our community. It’s a nice chance to meet the team behind the challenge and of course connect with each other.

    Kat Farrants is the founder of MFML and she will be binding the retreat family together by hosting the discussions and supporting you all in sharing opinions and experiences.

    Margi’s classes emphasise clear alignment, mindful breathing, diligent effort, and deep relaxation so that the benefits of yoga reveal themselves. Taking a cue from the Buddha, Margi’s classes are lighthearted as she believes it is imperative that we come together and study this vast subject with joy.
