Moving On Christmas Day | Kat’s Movement Mission

I wanted to take this opportunity to wish you a very happy Christmas Day and festive season. No matter our religion or beliefs, I do hope you’ll join me in taking the time today to contemplate how lucky we are to live in such abundant times, and in times of relative peace.

Christmas sometimes isn’t an easy time, especially for those experiencing grief, or loneliness. I do hope that we can all extend our heartfelt wishes of goodwill towards all, and especially those who are going through harder times.  And I hope that we can all be grateful for peace, and you’ll join me in my enjoyment of the Christmas message of peace on earth (and peace towards the earth too!!).

Count Our Blessings

There are few festivals where we can really take a good look at what we have around us, and truly count our many blessings. Simply being born in these times and having access to these resources makes us one of the blessed few.

Even though we may find recent political events tough and we may worry about divisiveness, it’s useful to be reminded that having been born in these times, in this place, life has never been easier or more unified.

Loving Kindness

So this Christmas day I do hope you’ll join me in counting your blessings, and expressing gratitude through the practice of kindness to each other – not forgetting your Christmas Yoga Class if you need some seasonal support.

And not forgetting to thank you so much for choosing to support us. Without you, we wouldn’t be here filming and bringing out new classes each week, and supporting each other. So thank you so much for your support, I really do appreciate that so much.

With love, peace and wishes for a very Merry Christmas
