Firefly Vinyasa Flow
An advanced vinyasa flow towards firefly pose, Titibasana, and Flying Lizard. Class begins with breath of fire to stimulate the nervous system, and increase fire in the body. Then we move swiftly to hip opening poses which work towards these advanced arm balances. This class is very short and intense, without much warm up, so would be a great class to add onto your practice today. You will need two blocks.

Advanced Vinyasa Flow leading to Dragonfly Pose
An advanced vinyasa flow class to improve your flexibility and strength and to work towards dragonfly and lotus headstand. Class starts with breath work and hip opening poses. The vinyasa flow then prepares the body for dragonfly pose before moving onto lotus and headstand variations. There’s plenty of variety and challenge in this fun, feisty class. As ever, do play safe and only do what is available to you. We recommend extending savasana with this class for as long as you have available. You will need access to a clear wall and a blanket.

Fiery Yoga for the Hips
A yoga class to deepen, strengthen and open the hips, moving to a peak pose of Crescent Moon. Start with sun salutations, then prepare the body with backbends. You will need access to a clear wall, as we use a wall first of all for a modified inverted Crescent Moon, and then to deepen our crescent. You will need two blocks, a strap and a blanket.

Step By Step Into Flying Pigeon
A tutorial to show you the best way to approach, work toward and a step by step guide into Flying Pigeon, or Eka Pada Galavanasara. With preparation poses to help to improve your hip flexibility and balance and then showing you how to arrive into Flying Pigeon both from the ground, and as an advanced variation, from headstand. You will need a folded blanket. Practise with care!

Step By Step Into Flying Splits
A tutorial to show you the best way to approach, work toward and a step by step guide into the Flying Splits, or Eka Pada Koudinyasana I. Starting with plank for building arm strength (we recommend daily plank for strength building), then some hamstring and hip warm-ups. We move via hanumanasana (the splits) and into first the modified pose, and then into the full version of the pose. You will need 2 bricks and a folded blanket.

Backbends help to keep the back and shoulders open after days hunched over a computer or smartphone and are essential to keep the back and spine healthy. With some slow flow and twists to counterbalance your backbending class. You will need a blanket, rolled up and two bricks.

Progress Your Practice: Forward Folding Flow
The first in a progressing your practice series, great for those who have mastered the basic yoga poses but are looking to start to flow! The first class in this progressing your practice series is a fully rounded class, featuring some of the standing poses you'll have grown familiar with, but with a focus on folding forwards. Forward folds help to release hips and hamstrings - things which those of us who have seated work may struggle with. You will need a blanket, a strap and two blocks.
