A more gentle vinyasa yoga class, perfect to come home to yourself anytime you're needing a more gentle flow, but perfect for early evening, in that gap between coming home and preparing for the rest of the evening. Get grounded and stretched, with a hip focus for those of us who work sitting down all day. A perfect release from the day!
Jivamukti - Face Your Fears
A fiesty, fast-moving Jivamukti vinyasa class. This intermediate class will have you facing your fears and going for it. This hip-opening class works towards hanumanasana using the wall, so you'll be working on your hip flexors and flexibility in your hamstrings. You will need access to a wall to practice at and two bricks.
Tight Hips Recovery
This short yoga class takes place supine, so it is great for those recovering from injuries or for after a really long walk, run or cycle-ride. Also great for after a long day at the office or for after travel to ease your hips back to health. Plenty of very accessible stretches to take the strain out of hips which tighten from exercise or from sitting still for a really long time. Thanks to Wellicious for their beautiful clothes!
