Support for Caregivers and Frontline Workers
Our Time to Breathe course was specifically created to support caregivers and frontline workers facing stressful and busy times. A mix of gentle breathing, yoga, meditation and qigong to provide a moment of calm. Many of these classes are short enough to be done anywhere. We recognise how important it is that those we depend on have the opportunity to have a moment of calm and time to focus on their wellbeing. Of course, this course is great for everyone, no matter your role – we all face these stressful and busy times in many different ways.
