Here is their delicious recipe for Butter Beans in Garlic, so you can try a little Suryalila magic at home!
Butter Beans in Garlic
- 200 grams dried butter beans
- 100 millilitres white wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- 200 grams kale
The night before: Soak the beans in water. Strain the beans and discard the water. Add beans to a pot and cover with fresh water. Boil until soft. Strain. Sauté garlic in olive oil on low heat. Add the cooked beans, white wine, salt and pepper. Turn the temperature to high and give it a few stirs. Add kale and stir occasionally until wilted. Remove from heat. To serve, chop herbs and sprinkle over top.
