YOGA FOR YOUR WORK BREAK
Make your work break time to recharge, take a breath and give you the energy to continue with a busy day at work. The classes in this collection can be done in any order. They have been specially picked so that you can do them anywhere. Many don’t require a mat and can be done wherever you are. We’ve included a couple of classes for total rest: you might need to find a quiet corner but sometimes lying down is the only thing that’ll do.

Work Break Yoga

It is especially good as a break from work, sitting on the sofa, and after travel to bring relief to tension headaches, sore necks and backs. This is a hatha style yoga class to stimulate your energy and cool your nerves and it contains loads of tips and tricks to use in any moment where you need to refresh, re-energise and relieve aches from being stationary for too long. Chair Yoga

Afternoon Yoga Boost

This yoga class is the perfect energiser for when you're needing an afternoon work break. Better than coffee! A mostly standing yoga class which includes some somatic moves to wake you up and give you a shake up! Expect some simple yoga, joint mobilisation and shaking - great to help you to reset and re-invigorate. This class can be done without a mat if necessary, so is perfect for when you're on the go or in the workplace.

Yoga for the Workplace: Ease Tension

The second in our series to provide a constructive break during work or study. These Yoga and Qigong practices all provide you with renewed clarity, and will help clear the cobwebs, also focus on clear alignment through the spine and limbs. It’s great to bring a mental focus and concentration back into the body when we're too in our heads. With some precision in our alignment as well as intentional practices from qigong such as ‘clearing the cobwebs’ (one of my favourites!), we can move forward with our day more embodied awareness and presence.

Seated Yoga for the Office

Release Tension
