Rakhee Jasani

Rakhee is a yoga teacher, writer and creative leader. Rakhee's classes combine breath-led yoga, qigong and meditation with restorative calm in sequences that help her students to discover their own creative expression and awaken their spirit. Her classes reflect her life experience and are inspired by nature, culture, philosophy, myth and the world around us.

As well as teaching for MFML, Rakhee is also our wordsmith maven. Rakhee edits the blog and writes and curates our courses and challenges.

Rakhee has trained with Naomi Annand, Adam Hocke and Mimi Kuo-Deemer. Rakhee also teaches teen yoga and has trained with Charolotta Martinus. Prior to teaching yoga, Rakhee co-founded a youth arts and education charity to provide opportunities for disadvantaged children and young people and served as the charity's Director for 23 years.
