Now we’re not always fans of ‘insta-yogis’ – we like our movement to be a bit more real-life than perfect handstands on a beach at sunset! But there are some yogis that we LOVE on instagram, especially when it comes to getting inspiration for our yoga gear! As much as we’re believers in yoga anywhere & any wear (dodgy tracksuit bottoms, PJs, nothing at all….you name it!) there are times when you do want to treat yourself to a new pair of yoga pants!
We’ve teamed up with fabulous fitnesswear brand Fabletics to host LIVE online classes on their facebook page once a month (watch this month’s session with Sylvia Garcia below) and their new collection has got us wanting to treat ourselves to some new yoga threads! We’re head over heels for their quirky prints and brightly coloured yoga pants. Our favourite insta-yogis are inspiring us too, read on to find out who our favourite teachers & yogis are on instagram, and who make us want to go shopping and practice in something other than our underwear (well, maybe for some of the time at least)!

Of course we couldn’t miss out Sylvia Garcia, one of our fabulous MFML teachers and the host of this month’s live lass with Fabletics! She’s also got a pretty great collection of yoga pants, not to mention an instagram feed full of inspiring poses – think super flexibility and lots of impressive inversions! She’s also one half of @londonacroladies with @londonladybase, our favourite yogi twosome who mix yoga and acrobatics for some seriously amazing two-person balances!
