Kat Farrants, founder and CEO of Movement For Modern Life, talks with experts in different fields and looks at them from the point of view of a yogic lifestyle. With her discoveries, we learn how to take our Yoga practice off the mat and live a happy, healthy, sustainable life.

How can knowledge of our anatomy help us learn to increase our awareness and pay attention to our intuition?

“Our bodies make our decisions, and our minds simply catch up”

This is why I have been so influenced by Vanda’s work. It can be a challenge to unlearn fixed patterns of doing yoga and find a way to incorporate these ideas into our practice and our teachings. Always from the ground up, guided by the breath to awaken the spine. It is a deep way to practice and one that empowers us all to get to know our inner selves and patterns made easier by being curious and playful. YES! All the aspects of this practice beautifully incorporated into a wholesome hour podcast. I loved this and will share it with my students. Thanks Kat & Catherine 🙂
