Banana Fruit Smoothie | Kirsty Norton


A delicious banana fruit smoothie – perfect to nourish and balance your solar plexus chakra! Try it for breakfast or for a post exercise pick me up.

You will need:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1tsp of cinnamon
  • A cup of almond milk

You can use another alternatives to milk or even a cup of yoghurt. To keep it dairy free use an alternative like coconut milk.

Pop your ingredients into a blender and whizz it up. Add more milk if you prefer it runnier.

Sprinkle on some ground nutmeg and drink up.
